Intel has appointed Aparna Bawa as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & People Officer, a dual-mandate role designed to centralize the company’s governance and cultural transformation. Reporting directly to CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Bawa will join the semiconductor giant in May to oversee global legal, ethics, compliance, and human resources.

Her background also includes senior legal roles across the technology sector, with deep specialization in M&A, global compliance, and organizational transformation.
