CData Software has appointed Raviv Levi as Chief Product and Technology Officer and added two senior leaders as the company expands its AI data platform. Amit Naik joins as Vice President of AI Architecture, while Craig Sanchez has been named Senior Vice President of Embedded Sales.
Levi joins CData from Sift, where he also served as chief product and technology officer. He previously held senior leadership roles at Cisco, including vice president of Security Strategy and Innovation for Cisco’s Security Business Group. His background spans product, cloud security, platform development, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
Naik joins from Calix and brings experience in AI/ML solutions and infrastructure from senior roles at PayPal, Financial Engines, and Oracle. Sanchez joins from Vectara, with prior sales and business development leadership roles at Elastic and Cloudera.
In his new role, Levi will guide CData’s product and technology strategy as the company builds its unified data layer for AI. CData’s platform provides live access and data replication across enterprise data sources, including SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and on-premises systems. Its Connect AI platform integrates with systems including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Agent 365.
Naik will lead the design and development of CData’s AI architecture across product and engineering teams. Sanchez will oversee the company’s embedded sales organization, working with software vendors and platform providers that want to integrate enterprise connectivity and AI data access into their products. Founder and CEO Amit Sharma said Levi’s experience building enterprise technology platforms makes him the right leader for CData’s next phase of growth.
