Clari + Salesloft has named Brian Benfer as Chief Revenue Officer and Rajesh Krishnaswami as Chief Technology Officer, adding two senior executives after the company’s December 2025 merger. The appointments come as the combined business moves from integration into scaling its revenue AI platform.
Benfer will lead the company’s global revenue organization across sales and partnerships, working closely with customer success. He joins from Brightly Software, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer for six years and helped lead the company through multiple acquisitions, international expansion, profitability, and its sale to Siemens. Earlier in his career, he held sales leadership roles at SolarWinds, now N-able, and Citrix.
Krishnaswami will oversee global engineering and platform development, including the AI capabilities behind Clari + Salesloft’s Predictive Revenue System. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Globalli, where he led development of an AI-native platform for global payroll and payments. His background also includes senior engineering and technical leadership roles at Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, and Infor.
The hires follow several changes at Clari + Salesloft since the merger, including the appointment of Steve Cox as CEO and the expansion of the company’s executive team with finance and security leaders. The company has also launched new tools connecting forecasting insights to seller execution and opening revenue data to external AI tools.
Cox said Benfer and Krishnaswami will help connect the company’s go-to-market strategy with its product and engineering work. Benfer said many revenue teams still operate “without a clear, consistent way to execute,” while Krishnaswami said the opportunity is to connect more of the signals that drive revenue and turn them into systems teams can use every day.
