Among this year’s awardees, Paulo Cacciari, Chief Commercial Officer of Optaris S.A., is recognized for his leadership in expanding technology and innovation projects in Brazil, where he applies deep expertise in operations, finance, and business development to close multimillion-dollar deals, particularly in the banking sector. Alison Bringé, Chief Marketing Officer of Launchmetrics, stands out for her work advancing marketing performance technology for over 1,700 global brands, supported by a career spanning public relations, fashion, and strategic development. Jeremy Smith, Chief Operating Officer of Glia, is acknowledged for his role overseeing global sales, marketing, and client teams, building on his experience leading customer-facing operations at Qualtrics during a period of significant revenue growth.

1. John Sabino
Chief Executive Officer, LivePerson

John Sabino is the Chief Executive Officer of LivePerson, a provider of AI-driven software that enables enterprises to manage customer conversations across digital channels. Its platform helps companies automate and streamline customer interactions, with clients including major financial institutions, retailers, and telecommunications providers.

Sabino is a seasoned executive with deep domain experience in enterprise software, SaaS, call center operations and technology, and digital business. He has an extensive track record of building high-performing organizations, scaling operations, and delivering rapid growth and transformation. Throughout his career, Sabino’s work has focused on ensuring that customers receive value from their technology investments, leading to long-term strategic partnerships that drive successful outcomes for all.

Before joining LivePerson, Sabino served as chief customer officer of VMware, where he led the company’s 7,000-person global customer success organization, growing revenue to $1.3 billion and overseeing customer experience for more than 350,000 customers. He also served as chief customer officer of Splunk, where he oversaw customer experience for Splunk’s more than 18,000 customers and a revenue stream of over $950 million, and as chief operating officer of GE Digital, where he led operations and oversaw strategy, go-to-market, and technology infrastructure.

Sabino started his career as a captain in the United States Army and has held executive roles leading commercial operations and strategic initiatives at GE Capital and NBC Universal. He holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

 

2. Daniel Chait
Chief Executive Officer, Greenhouse Software

Daniel Chait is the Chief Executive Officer of Greenhouse Software, a fast-growing enterprise talent acquisition suite. Greenhouse helps thousands of companies around the world become great at hiring by creating tools to help deliver exceptional candidate experiences, identify and attract top talent, make smarter hiring decisions, and drive continuous improvement in every aspect of the hiring process. 

Chait has been a technology entrepreneur in New York for over 20 years. Before Greenhouse, he co-founded Lab49, a global firm providing technology consulting solutions for the world's leading investment banks. Before that, he was a director of professional services at Simile Software, Inc., and earlier in his career, he worked with Gnossos Software as a developer.

Chait is a frequent speaker on the topics of recruiting and entrepreneurship and is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at numerous venues, including the Wharton Entrepreneurship Conference, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the University of Michigan Center for Entrepreneurship. Chait graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.

 

3. Jason Tibbs
Chief Information Officer, Lightpath

Jason Tibbs is the Chief Information Officer of Lightpath. Lightpath operates a fiber-optic network that provides connectivity solutions for businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions. With more than 30 years of operation, the company offers a range of custom-engineered services designed to support performance, reliability, and security. Lightpath works closely with clients to design and manage network solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Tibbs was appointed Chief Information Officer in February 2024, and previously served as CIO and in other leadership roles at Wyyerd Group/Kire Systems and Zayo Group. He first got his start in 1994 as a provisioner/programmer at Sprint. Tibbs graduated from the DeVry Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications management.

 

4. David MacCallum
Chief Business Officer, Wunderkind

David MacCallum is the Chief Business Officer of Wunderkind, a leader in AI-driven marketing that aims to transform how brands connect with audiences through hyper-personalized messaging. By leveraging first-party data and a proprietary network that recognizes 9 billion devices, Wunderkind identifies anonymous traffic and delivers targeted offers via email and text. Its platform integrates with existing systems to support customer acquisition and revenue growth. The company works with major brands across retail and other industries, and reports delivering over $5 billion in attributable annual revenue.

MacCallum got his start in 2007 as a development manager at PCRE Group and later served at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as an associate. He joined Wunderkind in 2017 as VP of corporate strategy and general counsel before being named chief business officer in 2019. MacCallum holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Columbia Law School, and a bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia.

 

5. Kanika Bhalla
Chief Revenue Officer, Increff

Kanika Bhalla is the Chief Revenue Officer of Increff, a leading retail SaaS company that solves complex inventory management and supply chain challenges across B2B and B2C sales channels. Bhalla has over 20 years of experience in the retail, FMCG, and technology sectors. Previously, she co-founded and served as COO of Dartss Food Services & Distribution. Before that, she founded and served as chief of curiosity at The Good Business Company. Earlier in her career, she worked with Pantaloons as an operations manager. Bhalla earned an MBA in international business from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a bachelor’s degree in computer applications, computer software, and media applications from Panjab University.

 

6. Jeremy Smith
Chief Operating Officer, Glia

Jeremy Smith is the Chief Operating Officer of Glia. Glia provides digital customer service technology that enables businesses to support customers through messaging, voice, video, and on-screen collaboration. Its platform is used by more than 200 banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other financial institutions to improve customer interactions and streamline support. The company has raised over $100 million from investors to expand its offerings.

As COO, Smith oversees the sales, marketing, and client relationship departments within Glia. Before joining Glia, Smith spent seven years as an executive at Qualtrics, where he established and led many of the company’s customer-facing and go-to-market teams globally, including the industry GTM team, partner success, global customer operations, and client services. Supported by his leadership, Qualtrics grew from $70 million to nearly $1 billion in revenue.

Before Qualtrics, Smith was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in his career, he worked with General Mills as a business category manager. Smith graduated from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, management, and strategy and from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in chemistry.

 

7. Yuval Magid
Chief Operating Officer, Connecteam

Yuval Magid is the Chief Operating Officer of Connecteam, having joined the company in 2018 as one of its first employees. Connecteam provides an employee management app designed to help businesses coordinate their workforce, from field teams to office staff. The platform offers tools for communication, scheduling, and operational management, and is used by organizations of all sizes worldwide.

Prior to joining Connecteam, Magid worked at Windward in business development, contributing to the transformation of maritime data into actionable insights for stakeholders at sea. Earlier in Magid's career, he served as a naval officer. Magid holds a bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies from the University of Haifa.

 

8. Lisa Hershkowitz
Chief People Officer, Altrata

Lisa Hershkowitz is the Chief People Officer of Altrata, where she oversees people operations and workforce development to support the company’s growth. Altrata provides data and intelligence on global wealth, professional relationships, and the affluent market. Its solutions are used by commercial, philanthropic, and educational institutions to support growth and strategic decision-making. Hershkowitz is focused on understanding employees’ individual strengths and helping them succeed.

 

Prior to Altrata, Hershkowitz worked at organizations of various industries, sizes, and structures, including BIC as the global HR leader for the company’s commercial business, KWI (a private retail technology company) as its chief people officer, and Nielsen, where she held various HR leadership positions. Across all her roles, she has focused on supporting growth and transformation while ensuring that organizational changes consider the impact on people and culture. Hershkowitz holds a bachelor’s degree in human development from Binghamton University.

 

9. Alex Olley
Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Reachdesk

Alex Olley is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Reachdesk, a global gifting and swag platform built for B2B marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Olley has nearly 15 years of experience with a focus on sales and marketing. He specializes in SaaS technology and is known for his customer-centric approach that incorporates ABM strategies, direct mail, and personalized gifting to offer a human element at every touchpoint.

Prior to founding Reachdesk, Olley held commercial leadership roles at high-growth tech companies. He got his start in 2011 as a partnerships manager at Deezer. He then served as head of sales at Yieldify, before serving as a sales and marketing director at Agillic. He has also served as a strategic advisor to companies like Screenloop and 11x. Olley studied law at Newcastle University. 

 

10. Himanshu Nautiyal
Chief Operating Officer, BreachLock Inc.

Himanshu Nautiyal is the Chief Operating Officer of BreachLock Inc., a global leader in continuous attack surface discovery and penetration testing, helping organizations proactively secure their digital assets. With its evidence-backed solutions, BreachLock enables businesses to continuously discover, prioritize, and mitigate exposures. By providing an attacker’s perspective that goes beyond common vulnerabilities and exposures, BreachLock helps elevate defense strategies. BreachLock tests the entire attack surface, empowering clients to prevent the next cyber breach before it happens. 

Nautiyal has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT and cybersecurity industry. He began his career as an engineer at Telcon and later moved to Wipro Consulting as a manager in the Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Practice. He later joined Deloitte & Touche as a senior consultant. After that, Nautiyal joined IBM, ultimately becoming the practice leader of cybersecurity strategy & risk and global integrated delivery, responsible for managing global delivery teams and solutions. 

Nautiyal holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar, and an MBA in finance and information systems from the Xavier Institute of Management. 

 

11. Frederik Rasmussen
President and CEO, innRoad

Frederik Rasmussen is the President and CEO of innRoad, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hotel software solution. The company integrates property management, global distribution, bookings, and marketing in a single platform. The platform is designed exclusively for independent hoteliers, small hotel chains, and hotel management companies.

Rasmussen has led the company since 2013 and has been focused on fostering strategy and consistent growth. Previously, Rasmussen was a VP and general manager of the professional division at GenArts, Inc., and before that, was a consultant at Bain & Company. Earlier in his career, he worked with Citigroup as an investment banking analyst. Rasmussen earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College.

 

12. Deborah Surrette
Chief Commercial Officer, Veho

Deborah Surrette is the Chief Commercial Officer of Veho. Veho provides technology-driven logistics solutions designed to improve the delivery and returns experience for both brands and consumers. Its end-to-end platform focuses on simplifying last-mile shipping and creating more reliable, customer-friendly post-purchase interactions.

With more than 25 years of experience driving innovation and growth across supply chain, e-commerce, and customer experience software companies, Surrette has enabled enterprises to adopt transformative technologies for market leadership and expansion. At Veho, she is responsible for accelerating strategy around market growth and business development as the company disrupts the legacy shipping industry.

Surrette joined Veho from GreyOrange, a provider of automated robotic fulfillment and inventory optimization software, where she led commercial strategy focusing on sales and customer success to drive growth and increased market share in current and new markets. Prior to this, she served as VP of sales at Oracle, where she oversaw the company’s North American sales operations, with a focus on large and medium-sized retail businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada. Earlier in her career, she was VP of North American sales for IBM, spearheading sales for its Smarter Commerce and Watson Customer Engagement Business Unit. Surrette studied at Rutgers University. 

 

13. Martin Linusson
Chief Customer Officer, Elite Technology

Martin Linusson is the Chief Customer Officer of Elite Technology, a leading independent technology company dedicated to helping law firms drive profitability through enhanced operational effectiveness, increased efficiency, and greater business visibility. The company’s digital financial management and business operations solutions empower firms worldwide to optimize their finance and accounting functions, including billing, invoicing, payments, and financial reporting. By unifying data, insights, and tools, Elite enables law firm leaders to make informed decisions that strengthen their ability to build and manage their businesses with greater precision and success.

Linusson leads the teams responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, both during the delivery of Elite’s products and through its ongoing customer support services. Before joining Elite Technology, Linusson was a group VP of global delivery services at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and, before that, a VP of global services at Kronos Incorporated. Earlier in his career, he worked with Stromberg in implementation. Linusson graduated from the University of Borås with a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He also completed a management program at Rollins College. 

 

14. Dino Anderson
Chief Diversity and Impact Officer, Articulate

Dino Anderson is the Chief Diversity and Impact Officer of Articulate. Articulate develops e‑learning authoring software used to create, collaborate on, and deliver workplace training. Its flagship product, Articulate 360, supports interactive course creation, team feedback, and distribution to various LMS platforms. The platform is used by over 120,000 organizations, including all Fortune 100 companies. At Articulate, Anderson currently leads a newly formed Culture Team to evolve their Human-Centered Organizational Framework, expand their diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, and implement a Social Impact program. 

Before joining Articulate, Anderson held senior roles focused on talent development, inclusion, and organizational culture. At Maxim Integrated (now Analog Devices), he led global initiatives in talent development, inclusion and diversity, investor-focused social KPIs, and partnered with the Stanford Women's Leadership Innovation Lab on social science research. At Mozilla, he oversaw the talent evolution team, implemented the company's first inclusion and diversity strategy, and led culture health efforts to improve collaboration among employees and volunteers. 

Anderson also teaches at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he co-instructs an MBA course on building equitable organizations, and at Johns Hopkins University, where he teaches a core course on the foundations of the liberal arts. He holds a master’s degree in philosophy and education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and the history of mathematics and science from St. John's College.

 

15. Alison Bringé
Chief Marketing Officer, Launchmetrics

Alison Bringé is the Chief Marketing Officer of Launchmetrics. Launchmetrics provides software and data solutions that help brands manage and measure marketing performance. Its Brand Performance Cloud offers tools for campaign management, sample tracking, event coordination, PR monitoring, and performance analytics. The platform is used by more than 1,700 companies to support marketing execution and assess brand impact.

Bringé has diverse work experience in marketing, communications, and education. She began her career as a PR manager at IMG Fashion and later moved on to work as a public relations manager at NET-A-PORTER.COM. After that, she joined IMG again as the director of global marketing and communications for IMG Fashion Events and Properties. Later, Bringé took on the role of senior vice president of strategic development at Launchmetrics before transitioning to the position of chief marketing officer. She is also currently a Council Member of the Forbes Communications Council and a Governor at Heathside School.

Bringé holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in fashion from Università Bocconi.

 

16. Paulo Cacciari
Chief Commercial Officer, Optaris S.A.

Paulo Cacciari holds a degree in computer science and business administration, along with an MBA in business strategy and markets. As a results-driven executive, he brings over three decades of experience in technology and innovation. Currently, he is responsible for the Brazilian subsidiary of Optaris S.A., an American multinational company specializing in customized No Code / Low Code solutions.

With expertise spanning operations management, finance, tax, legal, client relations, and business development, he has a proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar deals in technology and innovation projects, particularly within the banking sector and leading market players. His deep understanding of the Brazilian market allows him to adopt strategic approaches in data analysis and sales cycles, consistently identifying growth opportunities in one of the most closed markets worldwide.

He also created and managed a private equity fund that invests in and supports several companies, like a startup that has developed an AI platform for investment management and was sold to one of the biggest worldwide banks.

 

17. Maria Dunn
Chief People Officer, KWI

Maria Dunn is the Chief People Officer of KWI. KWI enables modern retailers to create shopper experiences, maximize sales, and streamline operations with an integrated omnichannel platform. The company’s suite of solutions—available as individual modules or as a fully integrated system—includes mobile POS, merchandising, order management, e-commerce, loyalty, and CRM. KWI’s platform is designed specifically for specialty retailers.

Dunn is a people operations executive with over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams. She has a strong track record of partnering with business leaders to align organizational structure and talent with company goals. Dunn is formally trained in coaching and employee development and is focused on helping individuals perform at their best. Known for her resilience and adaptability, she has successfully led teams through change while maintaining workforce engagement.

Dunn previously held the role of VP of People at obé Fitness. Dunn has also served in key leadership positions at Managed by Q, Baked by Melissa, Quirky Inc., and Environment One Corporation, demonstrating expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change. Dunn holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Johnson and Wales University.

 

18. David Vavrasek
Chief Business Officer, Aetion

David Vavrasek is Chief Business Officer of Aetion, responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives and operations that accelerate Aetion’s growth and efficiency. Having joined Aetion in 2019 as its first chief people officer, he also leads the People, Legal, and Office of the CEO functions. Aetion is a health care analytics company that delivers real-world evidence to manufacturers, purchasers, and regulators of medical treatments and technologies. The Aetion Evidence Platform® analyzes real-world data to provide transparent, rapid, and scientifically validated insights on safety, effectiveness, and value. 

Vavrasek has over 20 years of cross-functional experience building and leading teams across public and private companies, including rapidly scaling, venture-backed businesses. Before joining Aetion, he was one of the first executives at the health tech unicorn Capsule. Prior executive roles include time at Tyco International, XL Group, and New York Life.

While at Tyco International, Vavrasek founded and served as the general manager for the company’s efforts to leverage micro-observational sensor data and analytics for use by the insurance industry. These efforts centered on the premise that real-world data can help to supplement and enhance traditional actuarial methodologies. Vavrasek holds nine issued U.S. patents in this area. Vavrasek earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. 

 

19. Leah Cohen-Shohet
Chief Business Officer, GlossGenius

Leah Cohen-Shohet is the Chief Business Officer of GlossGenius, where she is responsible for driving business growth and overseeing the company's complete business management platform. GlossGenius is one of the fastest-growing software solutions supporting small business owners across the United States in the beauty and wellness sector. Its comprehensive “business-in-a-box” platform combines powerful SaaS and fintech solutions, enabling tens of thousands of entrepreneurs to manage their entire business operations.

Prior to her current role, Cohen-Shohet worked at Archipelago, where she played a key role in the go-to-market strategy and launch of the risk data platform. Earlier in her career, Cohen-Shohet worked at Symphony.com as the EVP of growth and adoption and as the strategic chief of staff and global head of Community Specialist Group. Before joining Symphony.com, Cohen-Shohet worked at Goldman Sachs, where she was part of the principal strategic investments team responsible for managing a global portfolio of strategic investments. Additionally, Cohen-Shohet co-founded and co-owned Princeton Academic Prep. Cohen-Shohet attended Princeton University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics.

 

20. Jillian Burnett
Chief Customer Officer, mParticle

 Jillian Burnett is the Chief Customer Officer of mParticle, an end-to-end customer data platform (CDP) that helps businesses manage and orchestrate their customer data in real time. Its configurable platform combines data activation, security, and AI-driven predictions to support decision-making for global brands, including HBO Max, Marks & Spencer, JetBlue, and SoFi. Founded in 2013, mParticle has raised nearly $300 million in funding and has team members worldwide.

Previously, Burnett was global solutions lead of audience activation at Google and, before that, a senior strategic relationship manager at BlueKai. Earlier in her career, she worked with Starcom as a connections manager. Burnett holds a BBA degree in marketing from the William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business.

 

21. Gabi Mocan
Chief Experience Officer, DRUID AI

Gabi Mocan is the Chief Experience Officer of DRUID AI. DRUID AI provides an end-to-end platform for enterprise AI agents, knowledge bases, and intelligent applications that automate business processes and support measurable outcomes. The platform enables personalized, automated interactions designed to improve employee productivity and customer experience. By combining conversational AI with generative AI and integrating with enterprise systems and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, DRUID AI helps organizations expand the use of automation across their operations.

Mocan brings 18 years of experience to his current role. Before joining DRUID AI, Mocan was a director and head of digital technology at Banca Transilvania. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Research Institute for Analytical Instrumentation as a research assistant, web developer, and DBA. Mocan studied automation and computer science at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca and information technology at Liceul Nicolae Balcescu, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

 

22. Andrew Yolin
Chief Marketing Officer, iPostal1

Andrew Yolin is the Chief Marketing Officer of iPostal1. Founded in 2015, iPostal1 is the largest provider of digital mailbox services, offering secure and convenient mail and package management solutions to individuals and businesses globally. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, iPostal1 has become a trusted leader in the digital mailbox industry, offering home-based businesses a real street address for their company, an upgraded business image, and privacy protection.

Before joining iPostal1, Yolin was the chief marketing officer of Landa and TD Ameritrade. He also worked with American Express as a senior marketing manager. Earlier in his career, he was a marketing manager at L'Oréal. Yolin graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA and from Binghamton University with a bachelor's degree in history.

 

23. Lauren Gold
Chief Customer Officer, Kustomer

Lauren Gold is the Chief Customer Officer of Kustomer. Kustomer is the dedicated platform behind some of the world’s most innovative customer service brands, designed to create zero-effort, exceptional customer experiences. The platform helps businesses grow by delivering outstanding service across phone, email, chat, text, social, messaging, and more. Gold brings nearly 20 years of experience to her current role. She is a customer success leader with experience building client relationships and high-performing teams across the marketing, software, and technology sectors. She focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, improving forecasts, and driving successful outcomes through a strategic, analytical approach. Throughout her career, Gold has guided companies through various stages of growth, including pre-revenue and IPO, tailoring customer strategies to fit each organization’s needs.

Before joining Kustomer, Gold was an SVP of global customer success at Beamery and, before that, an SVP of customer success at Yext, where she led initiatives that resulted in strong employee retention and engagement. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Institute for International Research as an event sales coordinator. Gold graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park Honors Program with a bachelor’s degree in communications and Spanish.

 

24. Brandon Arcement
Chief Commercial Officer, SwiftConnect

Brandon Arcement is the Chief Commercial Officer of SwiftConnect, a provider of connected access solutions that enable users to interact with places, spaces, and devices through digital passes on phones, watches, and other platforms. SwiftConnect supports access management for commercial real estate owners and enterprises across industries, including financial services, life sciences, and technology. The platform integrates with existing mobile platforms, credential technologies, and business systems to help organizations manage secure, efficient access.

Prior to this, Arcement spent nine years at HID Global, advancing from director of product marketing to senior director of strategic applications, where responsibilities included guiding digital transformation and enhancing mobile access technologies. Arcement's earlier career at Johnson Controls involved various roles that focused on sales and product marketing within the Security & Fire division, ultimately managing a team and regional growth efforts. Arcement holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

25. Jeremy Rabe
Chief Growth Officer, AppCard, Inc.

Jeremy Rabe is the Chief Growth Officer of AppCard, Inc. AppCard provides a global platform for data-driven marketing that helps businesses analyze, target, and engage customers to increase lifetime value. Its patented technology captures item-level transaction data in real time and integrates with any POS system. Through the AppCard Dashboard, brick-and-mortar businesses can access over 100 reports detailing transactions and product sales across locations, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Rabe is a thoughtful leader who has pioneered new strategies and businesses across a range of industries, geographies, and contexts. He joined AppCard in 2022 to drive continued growth across strategic initiatives. Previously, as CEO of Aimia, he led a dramatic turnaround in profitability and business stabilization. His extensive loyalty industry experience includes six years at Premier Loyalty & Marketing, where he was a board director and the founding CEO responsible for the management of Club Premier, Mexico’s leading coalition loyalty program. 

Rabe has served on a number of boards, including Aimia, Premier Loyalty & Marketing, LifeMiles, Fidelity Marketing, and BIG Loyalty Sdn Bhd. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and statistics.
