Roger joined Nestlé S.A. in July 2015 as Executive Vice President and CFO, where he demonstrated extensive knowledge in the Finance & Control domain, coupled with insight and experience in diverse geographies and industries, particularly in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
A seasoned professional with a truly international perspective, Roger has lived and worked in Europe, the United States, South Africa, Mexico, Singapore, Luxembourg, and Japan. Prior to his role at Nestle, he served as the CFO of Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Japan from 2013 to 2015. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry, spending the first 14 years at Roussel, Hoechst, and Aventis, working in various countries.
In addition, between 2000 and 2008, Roger held the position of CFO for Danone Asia, after which he assumed the role of Head of Finance, Treasury, and Tax for the Danone Group.
