McLaughlin will oversee Nuvei’s global finance organization, including capital allocation and long-term financial planning. He most recently served as CFO of Blackhawk Network and brings more than 30 years of experience across payments, fintech, banking, and insurance.

Rosner will lead product and technology, with responsibility for platform development, engineering, and AI initiatives. He joins from HealthEquity, where he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer, and previously held senior positions at Finastra and NCR.

“Businesses are operating across more markets, payment methods, and channels than ever before,” said Nuvei Chair and CEO Phil Fayer. He said the appointments are intended to strengthen coordination across how the company builds, operates, and invests.

Rosner said the company plans to keep expanding its platform as payments become more embedded, automated, and global.
