Smartstream has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Jane Christopher as Chief Human Resources Officer and Thomas Steinborn as Chief Product Officer. Christopher will oversee the company’s HR strategy, concentrating on employee engagement, leadership development, and strengthening a high-performance culture. She previously held senior HR roles at Citrix, Panduit Europe, and Fiserv, where she led initiatives across multiple EMEA markets. Steinborn will direct product strategy and execution, bringing more than 20 years of experience from roles at DataOps.live, Infoniqa, and Talend, where he focused on building and scaling enterprise product portfolios.
