Fiserv has announced a series of executive and board changes designed to strengthen its strategic execution and long-term growth. Chief Executive Officer Mike Lyons stated that Fiserv’s strong position “at the intersection of finance and commerce provides a powerful platform to deliver enhanced long-term shareholder value.” The company named Takis Georgakopoulos and Dhivya Suryadevara as Co-Presidents, effective December 1, 2025.
Georgakopoulos will lead Merchant Solutions and Technology, while Suryadevara will oversee Financial Solutions, Sales, and Operations. In addition, Paul Todd was appointed Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Robert Hau, with the transition effective October 31, 2025. Lyons noted, “Paul brings a strong track record as a public company CFO and valuable insight into emerging industry trends.”
To complement the leadership updates, Fiserv announced several Board appointments effective January 1, 2026. Gordon Nixon will become Independent Chairman, with Céline Dufétel and Gary Shedlin joining as new members. Nixon will succeed current Chairman Doyle Simons, while Shedlin will lead the audit committee. Simons remarked, “The Board understands the importance of regularly bringing in fresh perspectives, and these appointments will help ensure we have the right skillsets to position Fiserv for long-term success.”
