6sense has hired Micki Howl as Chief Revenue Officer and promoted Krystal Ziegler to General Counsel, reshaping its sales and legal leadership as the software company brings its customer-facing teams under one executive.

Howl will lead a newly consolidated Global Customer Operations group covering sales, customer success, professional services, solutions consulting, and revenue strategy. The structure gives her responsibility for customer relationships from initial onboarding through account expansion.

She joins 6sense from Marigold, where she oversaw a recurring software business generating more than $400 million and serving over 40,000 customers. Her tenure preceded Zeta Global’s acquisition of Marigold’s enterprise software business.

Ziegler joined 6sense in 2019 as one of its first legal hires. She has since advised the company on enterprise agreements, data privacy, product compliance, corporate matters, and employment law. As General Counsel, she will lead the legal department she helped establish.

“Micki is exactly the revenue leader this moment calls for with her industry depth, operational discipline, and genuine customer-first instinct,” 6sense CEO Chris Ball said. He added that Ziegler “knows this business as well as anyone” and will help oversee the company’s legal and compliance needs as it expands.
