KnowBe4, a platform focused on human and AI risk management, has named Veena Bricker as its Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its leadership team as it expands its workforce and operational priorities. Reporting to CEO Bryan Palma, Bricker will oversee recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and training initiatives, while shaping the company’s broader people strategy.
Bricker brings more than three decades of experience across the technology sector, including work with private equity-backed firms where she supported IPOs, transactions, and organizational scaling. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at Flexential and has held senior roles at firms including Optiv Security, CoreSite, Avaya, and Qwest Cyber Solutions.
In her new role, she will prioritize building a strong employer brand and fostering a workplace environment that supports performance and retention. Palma stated, "With her extensive background in private equity, technology, and specifically cybersecurity, she brings a unique perspective on how to align our people strategy with the business goals.”
