Jenny Hadlow is redefining fintech growth at Checkout.com by embedding structure, empathy, and operational precision into every stage of scaling. As Chief Operating Officer of the company, she oversees a broad portfolio including revenue and risk operations, merchant experience, enablement, and insights and analytics. Under her leadership, the revenue operations team expanded to 45+ professionals across five regions, launched a 300-person bespoke sales methodology program, and introduced a multi-level payments certification program for over 2,000 employees.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, Hadlow began her journey in the startup trenches, helping build out the revenue function at Yext. Her role as Chief of Staff to the President and Co-Founder positioned her at the center of cross-functional growth initiatives. She later founded and scaled the Sales Operations team, led Yext’s European expansion, and was part of the Executive team during its IPO in 2017. Her pivot to global leadership came as SVP of Global Revenue Operations, where she managed a 30+ person team spanning five markets and four go-to-market channels. The throughline across each role is a strong operational foundation balanced by a clear sense of purpose—a combination that made her an ideal fit when she joined Checkout.com in 2021.

Jenny’s approach to leadership goes beyond metrics. She believes in creating spaces where authenticity and belonging fuel high performance. A working mother of two, she champions inclusivity not just as a policy but as a lived experience—whether it’s setting 40% female or non-binary hiring goals, or acknowledging how male allies can help normalize parenthood at work. As sponsor of Checkout.com’s DEIB initiatives, she advocated for representation and safe environments where people could be fully themselves. Her leadership style is deeply human, focused on sustaining a culture where future leaders are empowered by example.
