Born and raised in India, Zavery pursued a career that would place him at the intersection of technology and business transformation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by a master’s degree in information networking from Carnegie Mellon University. Before joining ServiceNow, he held executive roles at two of the world’s biggest technology firms. At Google Cloud, he served as Vice President and general manager, leading the company’s enterprise platform strategy and helping drive its exponential growth from $7 billion to over $41 billion in annual revenue. Prior to that, he spent more than two decades at Oracle, where he was an Executive Vice President, overseeing cloud infrastructure, middleware, Java, and analytics products, managing a global team of 4,500 engineers, and generating over $6 billion in revenue.
Zavery’s decision to join ServiceNow was fueled by its unique approach to AI integration and its strong company culture of being "humble and hungry." He sees a future where AI agents don’t just assist but orchestrate entire workflows—handling everything from HR processes to supply chain automation with minimal human intervention.
