This year’s awardees include CXOs, VPs, and other key leaders, all leading teams in fast-growing fields like AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and beyond. Through their work, they are shaping Boston’s growing influence in the next era of technology.
Among this year’s awardees, Derek Moody, President and COO of One Door, is recognized for his leadership in cloud-based merchandising execution software, driving the integration of mobile, cloud, and AI technologies to enhance in-store experiences and retail performance. Zack Halloran, Chief Technology Officer of Vizit, is acknowledged for his work in visual AI, leading the development of a patented AI platform that optimizes visual content to boost engagement and sales for brands and retailers. Meanwhile, Aaron Parry, Chief Customer Officer at Maven Analytics, stands out for his expertise in data-driven learning solutions, overseeing a platform that helps individuals and teams build skills and connect with experts globally, fostering growth and innovation in the analytics space.

1. Derek Moody
President and COO, One Door
Derek Moody is the President and Chief Operating Officer of One Door, a company specializing in cloud-based merchandising execution software. The One Door platform helps retail teams collaborate in the cloud to streamline the creation, execution, and analysis of in-store experiences. By integrating mobile, cloud, and AI technology, the platform aims to improve store team efficiency, sales performance, and customer engagement.
Moody has held various executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller at multiple organizations. His prior experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at Zmags and contributing as a board member and Treasurer for the Lexington Community Farm Coalition. With a strong background in finance and accounting, Moody has worked at D&D Management Group, Pioneer Investments, and KPMG.
Moody holds a master’s degree in taxation and an MBA in accounting from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Amherst College.
2. Kerry McGraw
Chief Operating Officer, Wistia
Kerry McGraw is the Chief Operating Officer of Wistia, a company that provides a comprehensive video marketing platform. Wistia enables businesses to create, host, market, and measure the effectiveness of their video content within their marketing programs. The platform is designed to integrate smoothly into existing workflows, supporting marketing teams in engaging customers and prospects more effectively.
McGraw began her career as an economic analyst with the U.S. government before transitioning to a business strategist role at D-Rev. She later joined The Boston Consulting Group, where she progressed from consultant to project leader and Principal. McGraw also served as a project manager at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation before joining Wistia, where she worked in strategy and operations prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer.
McGraw holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
3. Rachel Schiff
Chief Product Officer, IntelyCare
Rachel Schiff is the Chief Product Officer at IntelyCare, where she manages the Product, Design, and Data Science teams. IntelyCare is a healthcare talent platform that connects care settings with a large community of nurses seeking opportunities that align with their needs. Prior to her role as CPO, Schiff served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Product for three years. Under her leadership, the teams contributed to key developments that supported IntelyCare's growth.
Prior to joining IntelyCare, Schiff was VP of Product at Virgin Pulse, where she designed gamified, motivating programs for companies to offer to employees to promote healthy behaviors and health awareness. Prior to that, she managed interactive, multi-device experiences for Xbox in Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business. Schiff also worked as a Product Manager for MathWorks.
Schiff holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in history of science from Harvard University.
4. Meredith Hawkins
Chief People Officer, GoTo
Meredith Hawkins is the Chief People Officer at GoTo, where she oversees global people strategies and initiatives, focusing on attracting, engaging, and developing a diverse workforce. GoTo provides remote management and support, along with business communication software, all unified under a single administrative solution to help clients work efficiently and securely.
Hawkins joined GoTo in 2020 as Senior Director of Business Partnering for the Product and Technology business. Previously, Hawkins was a Director and an HR Business Partner at LogMeIn and before that a Senior HR Business Partner at Akamai Technologies. Earlier in her career she worked with Germaine Lawrence Diagnostic Center as a medical social worker.
Hawkins holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s degree in social work from Bryn Mawr College.
5. Zack Halloran
Chief Technology Officer, Vizit
Zack Halloran is the Chief Technology Officer at Vizit, a company specializing in visual AI. Vizit’s patented AI platform helps companies create, measure, and optimize visual content to enhance engagement and drive sales. The platform supports brands and retailers in delivering impactful visuals that resonate with their audiences.
Halloran began his career as program manager/technical coordinator for the Computational Health Informatics Program at Boston Children's Hospital. He then became the Technology Team Lead at The Addis Clinic, where he led the development and support of mobile and web applications for remote medical consultations in Ethiopia and Kenya, as well as OpenMRS and Django application development. Halloran also served as Director of Engineering at Adhark and Vice President of Engineering at Vizit.
Halloran holds an MBA and a master’s degree in information systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
6. Conor Cummins
Chief Operating Officer, Reveneer
Conor Cummins is the Chief Operating Officer of Reveneer, a company specializing in inside sales. Reveneer uses a structured, data-driven approach to help clients improve their sales outcomes. By combining trained teams, an optimized tech stack, and actionable insights, the company works to generate high-quality sales pipelines and drive revenue for its customers.
Cummins brings 19 years of experience to his current role. Prior to this role, he held various positions within the company, including Senior Director of Customer Success and strategic account manager. Cummins was also part of the team projects for Everteam and Continuum Managed Services. Before joining Reveneer, Cummins worked at Vector Marketing as a sales representative and at Flaherty Painting & Carpentry as a foreman.
Cummins holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Assumption University.
7. Luke Damian
Chief Growth Officer, Applause
Luke Damian is the Chief Growth Officer at Applause, where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, including marketing and sales operations. Applause specializes in testing and digital quality, providing businesses with real-user feedback on the quality of digital assets and experiences in real-world settings.
Damian brings over 20 years of operating experience to Applause from national leadership positions at Oracle and EMC. During his tenure with Oracle, he led sales, business development, and customer success initiatives across multiple growth priorities including solution development, strategic customer acquisition and engagement, and customer retention programs. Earlier in his career, Damian held significant roles at EMC serving in various leadership positions across sales and business development.
Damian holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Babson College. He also earned an executive certificate in strategy and innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
8. Aaron Parry
Chief Customer Officer, Maven Analytics
Aaron Parry is the Chief Customer Officer of Maven Analytics. Maven Analytics offers a Guided Learning model designed to help individuals and teams build new skills, showcase their work, and connect with peers and experts globally.
Parry brings 24 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Maven Analytics, he was a manager of media analytics at MARC USA and before that a product support manager at Bobcat Company. Earlier in his career, he served as a corporal in the United States Army.
Parry holds an undergraduate degree in business administration management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
9. Itzik Spitzen
Chief Technology Officer, Wizer
Itzik Spitzen is the Chief Technology Officer of Wizer, a security awareness platform that provides interactive training and phishing simulations. The platform uses short, engaging content to fit into busy schedules and keeps teams updated on the latest cybersecurity threats through dynamic videos and regular updates.
Spitzen brings 27 years of experience to his current role and first got his start in 1998 as a Pascal and C languages developer at Hadassah College of Technology. From there, he went on to Deltathree before eventually rising to co-founder and CTO at LeasePilot, his most recent position prior to joining Wizer.
Spitzen holds a master's degree in computer science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Hadassah Academic College.
10. Peter Ellis
Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, Veracode
Peter Ellis is the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at Veracode, where he joined the company in 2019 as Vice President of Corporate Development. Veracode specializes in application risk management, providing organizations with a platform to build and maintain secure software from code creation to cloud deployment.
Previously, Ellis was the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development and Operations at Monotype and before that a Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategic growth at Advantage Solutions. Earlier in his career he worked with ImageStar as an associate.
Ellis holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Grand Valley State University and an MBA in global business management from Temple University.
11. Jason Fragoso
Chief Growth Officer, Aura
Jason Fragoso is the Chief Growth Officer at Aura, a technology company focused on providing digital security solutions. Aura offers an integrated suite of services designed to protect individuals' identities, online accounts, and devices, ensuring privacy and safety across all digital interactions.
Fragoso brings 25 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Aura, Fragoso was Head of Growth Marketing at Desktop Metal and before that a Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Endurance International Group. Earlier in his career he worked with Neteos as a QA engineer.
Fragoso graduated from Northeastern University and Bryant University.
12. Erik Fowler
Chief Revenue Officer, Allego
Erik Fowler is the Chief Revenue Officer of Allego, a provider of modern revenue enablement software. Allego's GO platform is a modern revenue enablement solution that connects sales, enablement, and marketing teams to enhance the B2B buyer experience. The platform helps revenue teams curate relevant content, prepare sales teams for success, and engage with buyers at optimal moments, ultimately supporting faster sales cycles and increased revenue.
Fowler is responsible for Allego’s customer acquisition and sales goals. He is a proven sales leader with over 20 years of experience focused on maximizing sales opportunities through strategic planning and streamlined sales processes.
Fowler first got his start in 1993 as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. From there, he went on to Parametric Technology Corporation, before eventually rising to Chief Revenue Officer at LiveVox, his most recent position prior to joining Allego.
Fowler holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Virginia Tech.
13. Michelle Goodwin
Chief People Officer, Teikametrics
Michelle Goodwin is the Chief People Officer at Teikametrics, a company that supports sellers and brand owners in growing their businesses on Amazon and Walmart.com. Teikametrics combines data, AI-powered technology, and marketplace expertise to help businesses optimize their performance across key ecommerce marketplaces.
Previously, Goodwin served as Chief People Officer at NewStore, and before that Chief People Officer at CiBO Technologies. Earlier in her career she worked with MathWorks.
Goodwin holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Framingham State University.

Caroline Kirby-Madden is the Chief Revenue Officer at Zone & Co., a company focused on improving back-office operations for finance leaders. Zone offers a flexible platform that enhances ERP capabilities, providing greater visibility and control over company operations. The platform integrates with leading ERP software to support functions such as billing, revenue recognition, AP automation, and FP&A reporting, adapting to businesses’ evolving needs.
Kirby-Madden brings 17 years of experience to her current role. Before joining Zone & Co., she was a Director of Sales at Placester, and before that a manager of U.S. advertising sales at Criteo. Earlier in her career she worked with Gallagher Koster Insurance Brokerage as a sports and special risk client representative.
Kirby-Madden graduated from the University of Rhode Island with an undergraduate degree in psychology.
15. James Urbati
Chief Strategy Officer, UpStart Commerce
James Urbati is the Chief Strategy Officer of UpStart Commerce, an e-commerce solution designed to meet the needs of retailers. The company provides a SaaS-based platform with a headless architecture and cloud-native infrastructure, offering a suite of tools to help retailers manage and optimize their e-commerce operations through a centralized hub.
Urbati brings 32 years of experience to his current role and first got his start in 1993 as a general manager at Papa Gino’s. From there, he went on to Earth Day Network, before eventually rising to SVP, GM Commerce at Pivotree, his most recent position prior to joining UpStart Commerce. Urbati graduated from Boston University
16. Ryan Fortin
Senior Vice President, Machine Learning & Generative AI, OnCorps
Ryan Fortin is the Senior Vice President of Machine Learning and Generative AI at OnCorps, where he focuses on applying AI to streamline calculations, decisions, and tasks. OnCorps provides advanced AI solutions to the financial services industry, helping reduce manual work, errors, and risk. The company solves complex problems through cross-disciplinary teams with expertise in industry, data science, and computer science.
Fortin joined OnCorps in 2016 as a data scientist. Prior to this, he worked as a statistical analyst for the Los Angeles Clippers. He holds a degree in statistics from Harvard University.
17. Vibhor Kumar
VP, Customer Experience Technical Fellow, EnterpriseDB
Vibhor Kumar is the VP of Customer Experience Technical Fellow at EnterpriseDB (EDB), a leading contributor to PostgreSQL. EDB helps organizations leverage the capabilities of PostgreSQL through its platform, EDB Postgres AI, an intelligent solution for transactional, analytical, and AI workloads. The platform is compatible with cloud, software, or physical appliances, offering high security, compliance, and availability across any cloud.
Kumar brings 16 years of experience to his current role. Before joining EnterpriseDB, he was a senior lead specialist at IBM Global Services, and previously held roles at BMC Software as an associate technical support analyst and associate product support analyst. Early in his career, he worked as an Oracle DBA at CMC.
Kumar holds a master's degree in computer application and a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, and physics. His expertise includes PostgreSQL, EnterpriseDB, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
18. Mihaela Bujoreanu
VP of Engineering, CarGurus
Mihaela Bujoreanu is the VP of Engineering at CarGurus, a position she has held since 2010. CarGurus, founded in 2006 by Langley Steinert, co-founder of TripAdvisor, has become the most visited automotive shopping site in the U.S., leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance the car-buying experience.
Bujoreanu has played a key role in advancing digital retail engineering initiatives at CarGurus, where she has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and manager. Before joining CarGurus, she worked as a principal software engineer at Kofax and 170 Systems, with earlier experience at Peppercoin, OATSystems, Gale Associates, Time To, and Acurion.
Bujoreanu holds a master’s degree in computer science from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Bucharest.
19. Cora Jaulin
VP, Home Health, connectRN
Cora Jaulin is the VP of Home Health at connectRN, a leading nurse community designed to connect nurses, provide career support, and offer flexible work opportunities. By leveraging technology, the platform gives nurses access to job opportunities and resources essential for building successful careers.
Previously, Jaulin served as Director of Operations at Arosa and before that Director of Operations at HouseWorks. Earlier in her career she worked with Honey Creek Resort State Park as a guest service representative.
Jaulin earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and an undergraduate degree in biology from Culver-Stockton College.
20. Lyle McCutcheon-Schour
Vice President of Account Management, LinkSquares
Lyle McCutcheon-Schour is the Vice President of Account Management at LinkSquares, a position he has held since 2017. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Sales Mid-Market at the company. LinkSquares provides AI-powered technology to help legal teams at over 1,000 companies, including Wayfair, TIME, ProPharma, the Boston Celtics, and Commvault, manage contracts and streamline workflows in one platform.
McCutcheon-Schour’s responsibilities include transforming manual contract review processes for legal and finance teams into an efficient web application. Before joining LinkSquares, he co-founded Skylab Learning, where he developed innovative game-based learning solutions for low-skilled frontline employees.
McCutcheon-Schour holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed the Startup Institute program in 2016.
21. Tony Sciucco
Vice President of Customer Experience, Clinical Research IO
Tony Sciucco is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Clinical Research IO, a health tech company helping pharma, biotech, research sites, and academic research centers streamline regulatory workflows with one system that enables a single point of data capture. As a leader in eSource technology, CRIO enables remote monitoring and immediate data review with a powerfully integrated eSource/EDC solution. The system delivers a single point of data capture, eliminating the need to re-enter data into EDC.
Sciucco brings 23 years of experience to his current role and first got his start in 2002 as a lead pharmaceutical technician and corporate rollout specialist at CVS Pharmacy. From there, he went on to Emerson Hospital, before eventually rising to customer success manager at Datadog, his most recent position prior to joining Clinical Research IO.
Sciucco graduated from Bentley University with a degree in business administration and management and from Fitchburg State University with a degree in nursing.
22. Cameron Montague
VP of Customer Success, Crayon.co
Cameron Montague is the VP of Customer Success at Crayon, a competitive intelligence platform that helps companies monitor competitors, receive relevant intelligence alerts, and empower sales teams to win deals. Crayon is trusted by market-leading B2B companies, including Gong, Dropbox, and ZoomInfo, to enhance their revenue retention and growth strategies.
Montague began his career as a clinical rehab and operations associate at Newton-Wellesley Hospital: Rehabilitation Services before transitioning to roles in sports medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Montague joined Crayon as a Customer Operations Manager and later became Director of Customer Operations. He was promoted to VP of Customer Strategy and Engagement before assuming his current role as VP of Customer Success.
Montague holds an MBA and a master’s degree in information systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise physiology from the University of New Hampshire.
23. John Hall
Vice President of Global Sales, RedPoint Global
John Hall is the Vice President of Global Sales at RedPoint Global, where he leads the company’s sales operations. RedPoint's Customer Data Platform (CDP) provides marketers with actionable insights to better understand their customers, enabling brands to deliver personalized interactions that drive loyalty and growth.
Hall brings 32 years of experience to his role. Before joining RedPoint Global, he served as Vice President of Americas Field Operations at Kalido and as Worldwide Executive Director of Sales at IBM Global Services. Earlier in his career, he worked as Vice President of Sales at Vality Technology.
Hall graduated from Northeastern University with an undergraduate degree in computer science.
24. Caralyn Brown
Vice President of Product Management, eSkill Corporation
Caralyn Brown is the Vice President of Product Management at eSkill Corporation, a company that provides employment assessments for selection and skills gap measurement. eSkill's platform helps clients minimize hiring mistakes, reduce recruiting costs, and improve hiring and training outcomes.
Brown brings 34 years of experience to her current role and first got her start in 1991 as a software manager at Wellfleet Communications. From there, she went on to Tenor Networks, before eventually rising to Senior Director of Development and SQA at Mutualink, her most recent position prior to joining eSkill Corporation.
Brown graduated from Northeastern University with an MBA in technical business and from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering.
25. David Boland
Vice President Cloud Strategy, Wasabi Technologies
David Boland is the Vice President of Cloud Strategy at Wasabi Technologies, where he joined the company in 2019 as Senior Director of Product Marketing. Wasabi is focused on simplifying, securing, and making data storage affordable and fast. The company provides cloud storage solutions for a variety of industries, including backup, healthcare, surveillance, finance, media, entertainment, and scientific data.
Previously, Boland was a senior product marketing manager at NetApp and before that a service provider of mobility solutions at Juniper Networks. Earlier in his career he worked with Cabletron Systems as an inside salesman. Boland earned an undergraduate degree in marketing from Plymouth State University.
