Prior to his tenure at Walmart, White held various leadership roles at Target, culminating in his role as Senior Vice President. At Target, he played a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy, overseeing brand, category, and promotion marketing, as well as managing paid, owned, and shared media channels. His extensive experience included leading marketing efforts for diverse categories such as entertainment, electronics, toys, sporting goods, and licensing.

Before his time at Target, White held significant positions at The Coca-Cola Company, where he managed brand management for the North American Diet Coke and Coke Zero businesses. His innovative approaches included developing portfolio segmentation strategies that contributed to gains in category growth, household penetration, and market share.

With a career rooted in consumer-centric and innovative marketing, White is recognized as a passionate leader who excels in team-building and development.
