Prior to joining Circana, she served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Nieman Marcus Group, where she had oversight over legal, compliance, governmental affairs, corporate compliance, and loss prevention.
Kim's professional journey also includes significant roles at Energizer Holdings, Inc., where she served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Her experience extends to senior legal positions at Bank of America and Lowe’s Companies, Inc. She initiated her legal career in private practice at Alston & Bird LLP and Parker Poe Adams and Bernstein LLP.
Kim holds a Doctor of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, showcasing her academic prowess and a comprehensive understanding of both legal and business dimensions. Currently residing in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband and four children, She actively contributes to her community by serving on the board of directors for the Clayton Community Foundation.
