ConcertAI has appointed Missy Jerome as Chief People Officer to guide its workforce and organizational strategy during a period of expansion. In this role, Jerome will lead efforts across talent development, leadership planning, and organizational design, with a focus on building high-performing teams across AI, technology, and life sciences functions.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, she will also oversee initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace experience. The appointment reflects ConcertAI’s intention to align its people strategy with business priorities as it scales operations and strengthens its presence in healthcare data and analytics.
Jerome brings nearly 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, including roles at athenahealth, Signature Healthcare, and, most recently, as Chief People Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network. She has led programs focused on workforce development and organizational performance in complex and growth-oriented environments. At ConcertAI, she will focus on building scalable structures that support international expansion while maintaining a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
