Shane Koller, Chief People Officer at Ancestry, is dedicated to transforming the way organizations approach talent management by incorporating a product mindset. A Utah native, Koller holds a master’s degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the same institution. Before joining Ancestry, he gained extensive experience in HR leadership at several high-growth companies, including Omniture, where he was pivotal in the company’s acquisition by Adobe. He also contributed significantly to Edwards Lifesciences’ growth, drove cultural transformation at Domo, and led impactful talent initiatives at Banjo. Since joining Ancestry in 2020, Koller has focused on talent management and development, eventually taking on the global People & Places function.
