As Chief Customer Officer at Workday, Sheri Rhodes is responsible for every touchpoint across the company’s customer lifecycle—from professional and education services to support and success. Her leadership was tested early in the role, when she oversaw one of the largest fully virtual product deployments in the company’s history. In fiscal year 2021 alone, her team completed over 1,800 deployments—most of them remote—while maintaining a 97% customer satisfaction score.

After earning both her bachelor’s and MBA from San Diego State University, she began her career at KPMG and went on to hold senior roles at Providian Financial, Visa, Symantec, and Washington Mutual. Before joining Workday, she served as CTO of Western Union, leading global product engineering and security. At Workday, she has also served as CIO and now sits on the board of FormFactor Inc., giving her a 360-degree view of enterprise technology and operations.
