Xerox Holdings Corporation has announced a leadership transition with Louie Pastor appointed as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Steve Bandrowczak, who will step down from the role. The company said in a release that the change comes as it continues to advance its strategy as a services-led, software-enabled business focused on hybrid workplace solutions.
Pastor, who most recently served as president and chief operating officer of the company, has been closely involved in driving operational performance and enterprise transformation across the organization. His responsibilities have included overseeing global service delivery, revenue operations, and key corporate functions, positioning him to lead the company through its next phase.
The Board acknowledged Bandrowczak’s tenure during a period of significant transformation, including major acquisitions and integration efforts. Chairman Scott Letier stated, “Louie brings a strong combination of operational discipline, strategic insight, and deep familiarity with Xerox.” Pastor emphasized continuity and execution, noting, “We have a strong team and a clear focus on execution. I look forward to driving results and delivering on our priorities.” The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, signaling confidence in its financial and operational outlook amid the leadership change.
