Xactly has announced the promotions of Kandarp Desai to Chief Technology Officer and Christopher (Chris) Li to Chief Product Officer as part of a broader expansion of its executive leadership team. Both executives are long-time leaders at the company and will oversee technology and product strategy as Xactly scales its AI-driven revenue platform. The appointments follow the recent addition of new Marketing and Human Resources Chiefs, reflecting a structured leadership transition as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Chief Executive Officer Arnab Mishra said, “Kandarp and Chris have both played pivotal roles in building Xactly’s intelligent revenue platform. Their new roles solidify our executive leadership team alongside our recent CMO and CHRO appointments, ensuring we have the right leaders in place to execute our long-term vision.”
As CTO, Desai will lead Xactly’s global technology roadmap, including AI, data, and platform architecture, while continuing to oversee the company’s engineering hub in Bengaluru. Desai said that he looks forward to further strengthening the technology platform to enable customers to scale confidently and accelerate innovation.
Li, promoted to CPO, will guide product strategy and development across the AI-driven platform, building on recent product momentum and industry recognition. “Our focus will be on accelerating innovation across the platform and delivering AI-driven insights that make revenue more predictable,” Li said. Together, the two executives will work closely to align technology and product execution as customer demands increase for speed, precision, and intelligence in revenue operations.
