Thompson will oversee commercial, public sector, and workforce expansion while accelerating Socure’s global growth and AI-driven innovations. “Matt is a true pioneer and a disciplined, effective leader shaping the future of identity innovation,” said Ayers. 

Thompson, a decorated combat veteran and digital identity expert, previously served as Socure’s Chief Revenue Officer, driving 51% year-over-year revenue growth in Q3 and maintaining profitability for ten consecutive months. He has played a pivotal role in integrating Effectiv, the unified identity, fraud, and risk decision engine, and Qlarifi, a real-time BNPL consumer credit database, while leading international expansion.
