Tandem Bank has appointed Russell Strevens as its new Chief Technology Officer to accelerate the bank’s digital transformation. Strevens brings extensive experience from previous roles as CTO at Small World Financial Services and Bó, NatWest’s digital challenger, and as CIO for BT Consumer. He will oversee Tandem’s technology, engineering, and digital roadmap, focusing on simplifying propositions, enhancing app performance, and expanding AI capabilities.

He’s an expert at turning complex, cutting-edge tech into intuitive experiences for customers – across both challenger brands and big businesses.
