Her expertise extends to some of the industry's biggest names, having led HR for NBCU Advertising Sales & Client Partnerships and NBC NWS and playing a vital role in the Comcast acquisition transition team at NBCUniversal from 2008 to 2013. Moreover, her tenure as Senior Tax Counsel and HR Leader at Revlon from 1997 to 2007 further enriched her diverse skill set.

Green's multifaceted approach to leadership extends beyond the corporate realm. She is deeply committed to social justice and racial fairness, as demonstrated by her role as an Executive Sponsor of "Sony Pictures Action," a project aimed at promoting social justice and inclusivity within the organization. Furthermore, Green actively supports organizations such as Lime Connect and Creative Spirit, both of which help people with disabilities find employment opportunities.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Green believes in giving back to the community. As a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters Women in Entertainment, she helps shape the careers of aspiring professionals in the industry.

She holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, a law degree with honors from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Psychology from Wisconsin.
