Xactly, a provider of intelligent revenue solutions, has announced the appointments of Tiffany Sieve as Chief Marketing Officer and Megan Barbier as Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Sieve will lead global marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. She previously served as CMO at Paychex and Paycor, where she built and scaled high-performing marketing organizations. “Tiffany’s track record leading major brand evolutions and acquisitions makes her an invaluable partner as we advance our global expansion,” said Arnab Mishra, Chief Executive Officer of Xactly.

Barbier will oversee the company’s global HR strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture. Before joining Xactly, she held senior HR leadership roles at Boomi, Jumio Corporation, Wrike, and Bosch USA. “Megan’s expertise in people strategy and organizational development will be instrumental as we scale and strengthen our culture,” Mishra added.
