Ingenico has appointed Floris de Kort as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Laurent Blanchard, who stepped down after leading the company through a period of strategic transformation. The Supervisory Board, chaired by Catherine Guillouard, credited Blanchard with strengthening Ingenico’s software and services capabilities and leaving “a strong foundation and a team ready to drive the company’s next stage of success.” The company said the leadership transition aligns with its goal of accelerating execution and expanding commercial momentum from its global headquarters in Paris.

De Kort brings extensive experience in payments and technology, having previously held leadership roles at Worldpay, Xplor Technologies, and Thunes. In his statement, he said he was “honoured to join Ingenico at a time of great opportunity” and looks forward to working with the team to expand its global offering and deliver innovative payment solutions for merchants, banks, and partners worldwide.
