Asana, an enterprise work management platform focused on human and AI collaboration, has appointed Arnab Bose as Chief Product Officer. Bose will lead the company’s product strategy and innovation as it aims to help customers achieve productivity gains through AI-assisted teamwork. The platform’s Work Graph and Smart Workflows, along with soon-to-launch AI Teammates, aim to connect people, projects, and processes for better team productivity. Dan Rogers, CEO of Asana, stated, “Most AI tools only help individuals and can't orchestrate team productivity, which is why ROI from AI remains low. The missing piece is the connective tissue between people, projects, and processes—and that's exactly what Asana provides.”

Bose joins from Okta, where he served as Chief Product Officer, leading both Workforce and Customer Identity solutions and helping scale Okta Identity Governance to over $100 million in annual recurring revenue. He previously held product leadership roles at Salesforce and Microsoft and holds more than 15 patents. Bose commented, “I believe an even larger transformation is coming in how humans collaborate with AI. Asana is uniquely positioned to lead this change, and I'm excited to build products that have the context needed to unlock the next level of human + AI collaboration.”
