Illumio, a cybersecurity company specializing in Zero Trust Segmentation, has appointed L. David Kingsley as Chief People Officer. In his new role, Kingsley will oversee human resources, culture, and talent strategy, reporting directly to Illumio CEO and Co-Founder Andrew Rubin. The company, known for its platform that prevents breaches and ransomware from spreading across hybrid IT environments, is expanding rapidly to serve enterprises ranging from Fortune 100 firms to small businesses.

Kingsley brings over two decades of experience leading HR teams at fast-growing technology companies. He previously served as Chief People Officer at Intercom, Alteryx, Vlocity, and MuleSoft, and held senior HR leadership positions at Salesforce. He also serves on the board of mental health platform Nivati.
