Among this year’s awardees, Bentina Terry, CEO of Southern Linc, is recognized for her leadership in advancing mission-critical telecommunications solutions that connect electric utilities and businesses across various industries. Joshua Silver, Founder and CEO of Rainforest, stands out for his leadership in guiding the company to transform payment systems, helping software platforms seamlessly integrate embedded financial services. Amar Duggasani, CEO of HealthLink Dimensions, is acknowledged for his leadership in driving the company's growth and innovation in healthcare data, improving provider communications, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance across the healthcare industry.

1. Janine Seebeck
Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, Beyondtrust

Janine Seebeck is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of BeyondTrust, a global cybersecurity company focused on identity-centric security solutions. With a commitment to managing the identity attack surface, BeyondTrust helps organizations mitigate both external and internal threats. Seebeck leads the company in advancing security practices to prevent breaches, while also enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

As Chief Executive Officer of BeyondTrust, Seebeck is responsible for the company’s long-term market and product strategy and leads day-to-day operations. She also guides BeyondTrust’s culture. Seebeck joined the company in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and expanded her role in 2020 to Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to becoming CEO, Seebeck was responsible for the company’s financial, operational, accounting, IT, and strategic planning functions. Seebeck has more than 25 years of senior finance and operations experience, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Agilysys, a hospitality software leader. She previously held the positions of Vice President and Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Agilysys. 

Prior to Agilysys, Seebeck served as Vice President of Finance, Asia Pacific, and Vice President, Corporate Controller for PGi, a leader in virtual meetings. Seebeck also served as a Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Seebeck is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in accounting from John Carroll University.

 

2. Leo Tucker
Chief Executive Officer, KMS Technology

Leo Tucker is the Chief Executive Officer of KMS Technology, a leader in software development, testing, generative AI, consulting, and Salesforce.com services. With over 13 years in business, it offers an integrated suite of solutions that help businesses accelerate product speed-to-market without sacrificing quality. Prior to taking the role of CEO, Tucker served as the Chief Operating Officer for over two and a half years, leading the company’s growth efforts.

Tucker joined KMS in early 2019 with over 20 years of experience working in technology. His most recent roles prior to joining KMS were as the Chief Marketing Officer at Aptean and SVP of Global Marketing at PGi. Tucker graduated from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship and from Centre College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics.

 

3. David Obrand
Chief Executive Officer, Salesloft

David Obrand is the Chief Executive Officer of Salesloft, where he leads the company's efforts to drive revenue growth through its Revenue Orchestration Platform, utilizing AI to help market-facing teams prioritize and take action on key business opportunities. Obrand brings more than three decades of experience in sales, tech, and operations to his role.

Before joining Salesloft, Obrand was President of Addepar, where he helped build a successful go-to-market strategy and drove significant growth. He has also held leadership roles as Chief Customer Officer at Yammer, and Vice President and senior enterprise sales leader at Salesforce. Obrand began his career in 1991 as an account executive at Borland, and later worked at ParcPlace Digitalk.

Obrand graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science with an emphasis in law.

 

4. Lou Keyes
Chief Executive Officer, Rithum

Lou Keyes is the Chief Executive Officer of Rithum, a commerce network that connects brands, suppliers, and retailers to optimize e-commerce experiences. The platform supports growth, channel operations, product scaling, and margin improvement, helping businesses create streamlined and effective consumer shopping journeys.

Previously, Keyes was an Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Conduent and before that an Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at York Risk. Earlier in his career he worked with Electronic Data Systems in corporate marketing and strategy. Keyes earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 

5. Tope Awotona
CEO & Founder, Calendly

Tope Awotona is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Calendly, a platform designed to simplify scheduling and help individuals, teams, and organizations increase productivity. By automating the meeting process, Calendly eliminates the back-and-forth of scheduling, streamlining workflows and enabling businesses to focus on achieving their goals with greater speed and efficiency.

Awotona brings 19 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Calendly, Awotona was an enterprise account manager at EMC and before that a national account manager of carrier and MGA markets at Vertafore. Earlier in his career, he worked at IBM as a sales representative for Tivoli Software. Awotona graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems.

 

6. Bentina Terry
President and Chief Executive Officer, Southern Linc

Bentina Chisolm Terry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Company's telecommunications subsidiaries Southern Linc and Southern Telecom, and focuses on providing mission critical LTE wireless and dark-fiber networks and services to electric utilities and a range of businesses and public sector agencies. 

With over 25 years of executive experience in the utility industry, Bentina has a proven track record of delivering transformational solutions that drive results and create value across the enterprise. She leverages her legal and regulatory expertise, relationship orientation, and business knowledge to produce outcomes that benefit both the customers and the company.

7. Scott Voigt
CEO and Co-Founder, FullStory

Scott Voigt is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FullStory, a behavioral data platform that helps technology leaders make informed decisions by integrating digital behavioral data into their analytics stack. FullStory’s patented technology transforms digital interactions into actionable insights, providing value at scale. Voigt has been instrumental in helping early-stage software businesses grow since the mid-90s, including his role in launching and taking nFront, one of the world's first Internet banking service providers, public.

Voigt brings 28 years of experience to his current role. Prior to co-founding Fullstory, he led marketing at Silverpop before the company was acquired by IBM. Previously, he worked at Noro-Moseley Partners, and also served as COO at Innuvo, which was acquired by Google. Voigt holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School. 

 

8. Jeffrey Howard
President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlanticus

Jeffrey Howard is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlanticus, having joined the company in 2001 as executive managing director. Atlanticus leverages proprietary analytics to help bank, retail, and healthcare partners deliver more inclusive financial services to everyday Americans. With over 25 years of experience, the company has supported lenders in originating diverse consumer loan products, servicing more than 18 million customers and $27 billion in consumer loans.

Before joining Atlanticus, Howard was a Managing Director at SunTrust. He earned an MBA from the Emory University Goizueta Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.

 

9. Manish Sachdeva
Chief Executive Officer, delaPlex

Manish Sachdeva is the Chief Executive Officer of delaPlex, a U.S.-based global business technology consultancy and services firm delivering value-driven, actionable solutions for organizations. The firm's teams of technology experts and product specialists design modern, tailored solutions aligned with clients’ business goals and objectives. By leveraging generative AI technologies, Delaplex drives digital transformation and helps businesses achieve sustainable growth.

Prior to his current role, Sachdeva worked as a senior analyst for JDA Software, having previously served as the CTO of Video Technics. Sachdeva began his career as a software specialist for Tektronix Engineering Development India (Grass Valley Group). He then worked as a senior software engineer for Tata Elxsi India. Sachdeva holds a master's degree in systems and informations from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani as well as a bachelor's degree in computer technology from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.

 

10. Naveen Miglani
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Splashbi

Naveen Miglani is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SplashBI, a reporting and analytics platform. The platform includes pre-built analytics, integration capabilities, and an intuitive interface, enabling self-service reporting and consolidating all data in one place. SplashBI helps businesses make informed decisions across the enterprise, delivering value in weeks rather than months.

Miglani has over 23 years of industry experience, spanning corporate strategy, service offerings, alliances, channels, and marketing. Before joining SplashBI, he worked across various functions, including IT, management, business development, marketing, and finance. Miglani has held senior roles, including CEO of Apex IT, EAI Leader at GE Energy Services, and Managing Principal at Oracle Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA in information systems and international business from Mercer University.

 

11. Ryan Jones
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Florence Healthcare

Ryan Jones is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Florence Healthcare, which provides the Site Enablement Platform designed to streamline the clinical trial process. The platform connects sponsors, CROs, and research sites, enabling efficient collaboration and management of clinical research workflows. With over 12,000 connected research sites across 45 countries, Florence Healthcare supports more than 6.5 million research workflows every month to improve patient outcomes and foster innovation in clinical research.

Jones brings 25 years of experience to his current role and first got his start in 2000 as a senior analyst at The Yankee Group. From there, he went on to Commonwealth Capital, before eventually rising to president at Pubget, his most recent position prior to joining Florence Healthcare. Jones graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with an MBA and from Dartmouth College with an undergraduate degree.

 

12. Vijay Balasubramaniyan
CEO & Co-founder, Pindrop

Vijay Balasubramaniyan is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Pindrop, having first joined the company in 2011. Pindrop provides voice security solutions that establish standards for security, identity, and trust in voice interactions. Its patented technology extracts intelligence from calls to help detect fraud and authenticate callers, reducing fraud and operational costs while enhancing customer experience. Pindrop's solutions are used by major banks, insurers, and retailers, including 8 of the top 10 U.S. banks and 5 of the top 7 U.S. life insurers. 70 percent of its U.S. customers are Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to his current role, Balasubramaniyan was a research engineer at IBM and before that a software engineer at Siemens. Earlier in his career, he worked with Intel as a software engineer. Balasubramaniyan earned a PhD in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the R. V. College of Engineering.

 

13. Joshua Silver
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Rainforest

Joshua Silver is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rainforest, a company that focuses on helping software platforms monetize payments. Rainforest is a Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider specializing in enabling software companies to deliver embedded financial services. By handling the complexities of risk, compliance, and operational requirements associated with payments facilitation, Rainforest enables companies to deliver a high-quality payments experience to their end merchants without requiring direct registration with card networks.

Prior to his current role, Silver founded and served as the President of LaunchPath Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in payment strategy and vendor selection. Silver has completed numerous engagements, representing billions of dollars in processing both in the U.S. and abroad. Additionally, Silver co-founded Patientco and served as the Chief Solutions Officer, leading all go-to-market functions and eventually exiting the company. Silver was also the Co-Founder and Head of Product Development at Patientco. 

Silver began his career at CareerBuilder.com, where he worked on product development and business development for the international team. Silver holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Silver also holds a Global Leadership Certificate and a CO-OP Diploma Seal.

 

14. Amar Duggasani
Chief Executive Officer, HealthLink Dimensions

Amar Duggasani serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HealthLink Dimensions, a provider of accurate, up-to-date healthcare data, analytics and engagement solutions for leaders in pharmaceuticals, hospitals, health plans, and digital advertising platforms. By leveraging a comprehensive provider master database and advanced engagement and analytical solutions, HealthLink helps organizations improve provider communications, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and drive impactful connections across the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining HealthLink Dimensions, Amar served as Chief Strategy Officer at The Rainmaker Group, where he spearheaded the company’s growth from its early stages to a successful exit exceeding $340 million. Throughout his career, Amar has actively invested in, mentored, and consulted with enterprise software and analytics startups in the southeast. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and earned his MBA from the Wharton School.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Georgetown University, an MBA from INSEAD, and a master’s degree in international relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

 

17. Len Finkle
Chief Executive Officer, Profisee

Len Finkle is the Chief Executive Officer of Profisee, a company that helps enterprises address data quality challenges that can hinder strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, ERP implementations, and marketing campaigns. Finkle brings over 25 years of executive experience in the software sector, with expertise in both large enterprises and the middle market. His early career included roles at MAI Systems, Dun & Bradstreet Software, PeopleSoft, and Pivotal Corporation. Finkle also spent 10 years at SAP America, where he contributed to market growth and software revenue, overseeing enterprise applications, data management, analytics, cloud solutions, and more. His positions at SAP included Senior Vice President of Business and Technology, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Region, and Global Vice President of Emerging Markets.

Most recently, Finkle served as CEO of Empower Software Solutions. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Campus Management Corporation, where he was responsible for customer-facing organizations both domestic and international. Finkle holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Maryland.

 

18. Barbara Dondiego
Chief Executive Officer, AVOXI

As CEO of AVOXI, Barbara Dondiego brings over 25 years of experience in both International and domestic communications markets. Leading a global operation, her teams reside in five continents (North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia), serving multinational customers in over 40 countries. Barbara firmly believes that creating an exceptional workplace is the foundation for establishing a company that customers are eager to engage with. Starting in 2015 at AVOXI as the COO, she was instrumental in the transformation of the company from an international systems integrator to a global enterprise software platform. Prior to AVOXI, Barbara held various product development and marketing leadership roles throughout the communications sector, including CMO of FairPoint Communication, CMO of EarthLink Business and SVP of Global Marketing at Level 3 Communications.

Barbara serves as a Director on the Board of euNetworks and as an Advisory Board member for Kaiser Permanente Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Appalachian State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.

 

19. Gururaj Rao
Chief Executive Officer, Nuvizz

Gururaj Rao is the Chief Executive Officer of Nuvizz, a provider of network-based Last Mile Transportation Management Systems (TMS), offering real-time delivery orchestration to streamline logistics operations. Rao brings 31 years of experience to his current role.

Before joining Nuvizz, Rao served as CEO at WellRyde and before that, a senior director of engagement management at Manhattan Associates. Earlier in his career, he worked with LEC (I) Software Center as a senior software engineer. Rao graduated from the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business with an MBA in information systems and from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.

 

20. Jennifer Silverberg
Chief Executive Officer, Smartcommerce

Jennifer Silverberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Smartcommerce, a technology and data platform that turns brands' marketing touchpoints into e-commerce launch points. The company’s suite of solutions simplifies the carting process, enabling customers to purchase directly through digital ads, social posts, videos, emails, and more. With real-time data and insights, clients can manage campaigns, optimize strategies, and achieve their goals faster.

As CEO, Silverberg leads an experienced international team dedicated to helping CPG manufacturers dramatically accelerate e-commerce via all digital touchpoints. Silverberg brings over 25 years of experience working with major CPG and other brands ranging from startups to Fortune 50 in both internal and external senior marketing and leadership positions. 

Prior to leading SmartCommerce, Silverberg led marketing at Channel Intelligence, an e-commerce technology partner that was acquired by Google in 2013. Silverberg brings a behavioral approach to marketing, with a strong bias towards leveraging, rather than trying to change, existing consumer habits. Silverberg graduated from Furman University with a bachelor’s degree in music and psychology.

21. Vasu Sattenapalli
CEO & Chief Architect, RightData

Vasu Sattenapalli is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Architect of RightData, a data product platform that transforms raw data into business-ready insights. The platform offers no-code tools that allow users to connect, cleanse, and prepare data while ensuring its accuracy and trustworthiness. Through an "Amazon-like" DataMarket, RightData streamlines access to data, enabling better business decisions.

As CEO, Sattenapalli leads business strategy, product vision and well as the go-to-market strategy and implementation. He leads teams that apply modern data methodologies and practices, leveraging expertise in data management strategy, analytics, integration, modeling, and application development. With over 20 years of experience in implementing complex data systems, he has helped enterprises transform by providing reliable data to all stakeholders. 

Before joining RightData, Sattenapalli was an SVP of Business Intelligence Financial Planning Platform Leader at Bank of America and before that a senior group manager of business intelligence development at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Earlier in his career, he worked with V-Soft Systems as an Oracle consultant. Sattenapalli holds an MBA in management of technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller Business School.

 

22. Jyotendra Thokchom
Co-Founder, CEO, Omind

Jyotendra Thokchom is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Omind, a provider of AI, machine learning, and automation solutions designed to enhance customer experiences and drive business success. Omind’s suite of Digital CXM products and automation tools helps organizations integrate and act on customer needs, delivering personalized interactions at scale.

As CEO, Thokchom focuses on developing next-generation products to address business challenges, promote growth, and increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). He is committed to fostering a high-performance culture and empowering his team to deliver exceptional results. Thokchom also leverages market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and enhance shareholder value. 

Thokchom brings 27 years of experience to his current role and first got his start in 1998 as a food and beverage supervisor at Hospitality Company. From there, he went on to GE Capital Business Process Mmgt, before eventually rising to Country Head UK and I at Xebia, his most recent position prior to joining Omind. Thokchom graduated from IHM Bhubaneswar with a bachelor’s degree in hotel management.

 

23. Harry Maugans
Chief Executive Officer, Privacy Bee

Harry Maugans is the Chief Executive Officer of Privacy Bee, a data protection solution designed to eliminate personal information from marketing databases. By reducing spam, robocalls, junk mail, and minimizing the risk of identity theft, Privacy Bee ensures a more secure and private online experience. With proactive measures, it helps prevent personal data from being sold on the dark web.

Maugans began his career as the Founder and CEO of Penguin Studios before moving on to become the Chief Technology Officer of Comserv Solutions. There, he led an internal infrastructure revamp, developed a successful SMB security auditing solution, and spearheaded the creation of a commercial-grade firewall/security appliance. Later, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at A Game Recruiting, where he managed the development of a membership website and helped high school athletes connect with college sports recruiters and coaches.

Maugans then founded Maugans Corporation, a holding company representing several high-traffic social destinations online. He also founded Clickagy, a data intelligence platform for digital marketing and analytics. He served as Vice President of Product at ZoomInfo before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Privacy Bee. Maugans earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

 

24. Lucy Lu
Chief Executive Officer and Founder, aiLegal

Lucy Lu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of aiLegal Law, a tech-enabled firm that serves the immigrant community with services in immigration, corporate law, and litigation. aiLegal Law helps clients automate and manage the lifecycle of contracts and legal documents, streamlining tasks such as template creation, approval, e-signing, e-payment, storage, and process monitoring.

Lu is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Lucy Lu & Associates, where she leads the firm’s general practice and expansion. Her practice includes business immigration, corporate transactions, federal investigations, franchising, and China-related matters. Lu has built an efficient legal team focused on supporting clients through long-term, healthy relationships. She holds an LLM from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in law from Tsinghua University.

 

25. Ty Abernethy
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Grayscale

Ty Abernethy is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grayscale, a platform designed to streamline high-volume hiring and onboarding. Grayscale automates repetitive tasks, creates a mobile-first experience, and keeps the human element at the center of the process, helping companies hire faster and build stronger relationships with their teams. The platform enhances the candidate experience by integrating with ATSs like Greenhouse and Lever.

Abernethy has diverse experience in the HR tech startup industry. He founded ZuzuHire and later co-founded ConveyIQ, where he served as COO. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Abernethy was the Managing Director at Chase Professionals, a search firm specializing in technology, finance, and accounting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
