Building upon his achievements at Church's Chicken, Bowie then assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Arby's, the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand globally. Under his guidance, Arby's experienced a surge in system sales and restaurant margins, cementing its status as an industry powerhouse.

Now, as the Chief Operating Officer of Buffalo Wild Wings, Bowie oversees the operations of more than 1,100 restaurants, both company-owned and franchised. His responsibilities encompass various aspects, including training, systems, equipment, quality assurance, and performance management.
