Blockchain.com has elevated Lane Kasselman to Co-CEO as the company builds its new U.S. headquarters in Dallas, strengthening executive leadership on both sides of the Atlantic. Kasselman, who previously served as Chief Business Officer and President, will work alongside Executive Chairman and CEO Peter Smith, who remains London-based.

Smith said, “Since I met Lane in 2015, he has been instrumental in helping grow the business, overseeing core functions while shaping the company’s overall vision,” praising his role in managing key functions and shaping long-term direction. The Information reported that the company aims to pursue a public listing next year, marking a significant step for one of the longest-operating firms in the digital asset sector.
