Hims & Hers Health, a leading health and wellness platform, has announced the appointment of Deb Autor as its first Chief Policy Officer. In this role, Autor will oversee the company’s global public policy, regulatory, and government affairs functions while collaborating with stakeholders, including telehealth platforms, providers, advocacy groups, medical associations, pharmaceutical companies, medtech innovators, policymakers, and regulators.
Autor brings more than three decades of experience, having served as Deputy Commissioner for Global Regulatory Operations and Policy at the FDA, represented the FDA as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, and held senior roles in private healthcare organizations, including AstraZeneca. She has been a member of the Hims & Hers Board of Directors since 2024.
