FNZ has appointed Dame Alison Rose as Chair of FNZ (UK) and as a member of the FNZ Group Board. The company said her appointment supports its strategy to broaden access to wealth creation and strengthen governance across its operations. Rose brings extensive leadership experience from her three-decade career at NatWest Group, where she served as Chief Executive Officer and led major transformation initiatives across regulated financial services. She currently holds roles at Mishcon de Reya and Charterhouse Capital Partners, adding to prior board and advisory positions across the private, public, and charitable sectors.
Blythe Masters, FNZ Group CEO, said, “Alison is an outstanding leader, and I am delighted to welcome her to FNZ. She brings deep knowledge of financial services and the UK regulatory landscape, as well as exceptional leadership qualities. Her insight and experience will be highly valuable as we strengthen our business globally.”
Group Chair Gregor Stewart added that her understanding of UK retail savings and regulation will be “invaluable” as the company advances long-term plans. Rose said she looks forward to supporting FNZ’s growth, noting, “FNZ’s mission to open up wealth and enable more people to invest in their future on their own terms is one I strongly believe in.”
