Among this year’s awardees, Yaniv Vardi, CEO of Claroty, is recognized for his leadership in cyber-physical system security, overseeing a platform that helps safeguard critical infrastructure across industries by delivering comprehensive asset visibility, threat detection, and secure access solutions. Michael Shaulov, CEO and Co-Founder of Fireblocks, stands out for his expertise in digital asset infrastructure, developing a platform that enables financial institutions to securely manage blockchain-based products and daily digital asset operations. Meanwhile, Rebeca Minguela, Founder and CEO of Clarity AI, is acknowledged for her work in sustainability technology, creating a platform that leverages AI and data analytics to deliver environmental and social insights for investors, corporations, and governments.

Chief Executive Officer, Claroty
Yaniv Vardi is the Chief Executive Officer of Claroty, a company focused on securing cyber-physical systems across mission-critical infrastructure. At Claroty, the platform provides asset visibility and security solutions for exposure management, network protection, secure access, and threat detection, with deployment options in the cloud or on-premise.
Vardi has more than two decades of executive leadership experience, with a background in developing global business strategies and driving international growth. Before joining Claroty, he was the Global Managing Director of Centrica Business Solutions, International, overseeing operations in eight countries.
Previously, he served as CEO of Panoramic Power, an energy management solutions provider, which was later acquired by Centrica. Earlier in his career, Vardi co-founded Sparta Systems EMEA and led its growth in the life sciences sector. He has also served as a board director and chairman for companies in Israel, Europe, and the United States.
Vardi holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and management engineering and management of information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and served in the Israeli Air Force.

CEO & Co-Founder, Fireblocks
Michael Shaulov is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Fireblocks, a secure digital asset infrastructure company. Fireblocks’ platform is used to create blockchain-based products and manage day-to-day digital asset operations.
Shaulov brings 24 years of experience to his current role. Before founding Fireblocks, he co-founded Lacoon Mobile Security, which was later acquired by Check Point, where he became Head of Products for Mobile and Cloud Security.
Shaulov is a serial cybersecurity entrepreneur and investor. He is also a recognized industry speaker, delivering talks at RSA Conference, BlackHat and Infosec. Before his commercial endeavors, Shaulov pioneered the mobile security field in a military technological unit (8200). Shaulov holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and physics from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Co-Founder and CEO, Axonius
Dean is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Axonius, a company that helps organizations manage and secure their technology infrastructure. Axonius provides solutions for cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM) and SaaS management, integrating with hundreds of data sources to deliver a comprehensive asset inventory, uncover security gaps, and automate policy enforcement.
Before founding Axonius, Sysman co-founded Cymmetria, a cyber deception company backed by Y Combinator, which served Fortune 500 customers and was later acquired. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software developer at Integrity Project and served as CTO and Co-Founder at Cymmetria. Sysman also served as a Captain in an elite unit of the Israeli Intelligence Corps.
Sysman holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the “Etgar” program, and was part of the gold medal team at the 2005 International Robotic Olympics in South Korea.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, BlueVoyant
James Rosenthal is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of BlueVoyant, a cybersecurity company providing internal and external cyber defense solutions for businesses and governments. BlueVoyant’s Cyber Defense Platform integrates security across networks, endpoints, supply chains, and online threats using a cloud-native architecture for real-time threat monitoring.
Before founding BlueVoyant in 2017, Rosenthal served as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for cybersecurity oversight at the board level. He co-founded and co-chaired Sheltered Harbor, a financial industry consortium focused on cyber resilience, and chaired the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Cybersecurity Committee from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company and later CFO of Tishman Speyer Properties.
Rosenthal holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, LetsGetChecked
Peter Foley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LetsGetChecked, a global healthcare solutions company that enables individuals to manage their health from home through health testing, genetic sequencing, virtual care, and medication delivery for a wide range of conditions. LetsGetChecked offers an end-to-end healthcare model that spans manufacturing, logistics, lab analysis, physician support, and prescription fulfillment to streamline access to care.
Foley brings 12 years of experience to his current role. Before joining LetsGetChecked, Foley was an analyst director at The Health Partnership. Foley graduated from University College Dublin with a master’s degree in management and from Dublin Business School with a bachelor’s degree in medical and company law.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Harri
Luke Fryer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harri, a platform designed to support companies that rely on frontline employees. Harri offers tools for talent attraction, workforce management, employee engagement, and compliance, helping organizations manage and retain their teams. The platform serves more than 24,000 restaurant and hotel locations and four million hospitality employees globally, with expanding reach in retail and healthcare.
Fryer has 23 years of experience and first got his start in 2002 as Founder and CEO at wagamama. He later founded Contemporary Asian Concepts, his most recent position prior to joining Harri. Fryer graduated from University of Technology Sydney with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and international business.

Co-Founder and CEO, YipitData
Vinicius Vacanti is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of YipitData, a data and analytics company that processes billions of data points daily to provide insights across industries including consumer brands, technology, software, and healthcare. Using proprietary technology, YipitData identifies, licenses, cleans, and analyzes data for investment funds and corporations around the world.
Previously, Vacanti was an associate at Quadrangle Group and before that an analyst at The Blackstone Group. Vacanti earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University.

CEO & Co-Founder, Harvest
Danny Wen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harvest, a software company that helps businesses manage and analyze how their teams spend time. Harvest provides tools for time tracking, planning, and reporting, helping companies better understand productivity and make informed operational decisions.
Wen brings 20 years of experience in the technology industry to his current role. Prior to joining Harvest, Wen was a senior creative developer at Viant. Before that, he worked as a network security consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wen graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Vestwell
Aaron Schumm is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vestwell, a holistic savings platform dedicated to closing the American savings gap by transforming access to essential financial wellness and savings programs. With over 350,000 businesses, more than a million active savers, and $30 billion in assets saved across all 50 states, Vestwell aims to transform financial security for the modern workforce.
Schumm has 25 years of experience and first got his start in 2000 as a senior portfolio analyst at The Northern Trust Company. From there, he went on to Dillon Scott Securities before eventually rising to strategic advisor at OfColor, his most recent position prior to joining VestWell. Schumm graduated from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University with an MBA and from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Chief Executive Officer, CaaStle
Christine Hunsicker is the Chief Executive Officer of CaaStle, a technology platform that helps apparel brands and retailers maximize inventory monetization and unlock new revenue streams through e-commerce and rental. By leveraging data-driven inventory and yield optimization, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing, CaaStle enables brands to expand their omni-channel offerings and drive growth.
Hunsicker previously held roles including Chief Operating Officer of Drop.io and President and Chief Operating Officer of Right Media. Hunsicker also served as a Board Member for the U.S. Field Hockey Foundation. Earlier in their career, Hunsicker worked as a generalist at Cetova and as a financial analyst at Plural. Hunsicker holds a bachelor’s degree in English and medieval studies from Princeton University.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Clarity AI
Rebeca Minguela is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clarity AI, a sustainability technology company that uses advanced technology and AI to provide environmental and social insights for investors, companies, governments, and consumers. Clarity AI offers data solutions, methodologies, and reporting tools that support portfolio management, corporate research, benchmarking, regulatory compliance, online banking, and e-commerce.
Previously, Minguela led the Global Digital Transformation Program at Santander Bank. She also founded and served as CEO of Blink Booking, a hotel booking app in Europe. Earlier in her career, Minguela worked at Bain Capital Private Equity, Boston Consulting Group, and held engineering roles at the German Aerospace Agency, Siemens, and IBM.
Minguela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a master’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Polytechnic University in Madrid and another master’s degree in information technologies from University of Stuttgart.

Chief Executive Officer, Alloy
Tommy Nicholas is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alloy, a company that helps financial institutions and fintechs manage identity risk. Alloy’s platform supports fraud prevention, credit decisioning, and compliance, giving companies a clearer view of their customers. More than 600 financial institutions and fintech companies use Alloy to strengthen their risk management processes.
Nicholas has over eight years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on mobile app development and web startups. He has a proven track record of success in product management and development, as well as sales and marketing.
Nicholas began his career as a software developer at SHOCKOE.COM, building mobile apps and software products. He later co-founded The City Swig, a web startup offering real-time deals on nightlife experiences across the United States. After working briefly as an enumerator with the US Census Bureau, he became Head of Product at Knox Payments, a startup focused on mobile payment solutions. Before co-founding Alloy, Nicholas also ran his own web and mobile freelancing business.
Nicholas holds a bachelor's degree in history and African American studies from the University of Virginia.

CEO & Founder, Unqork
Gary Hoberman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unqork, a company focused on helping organizations build complex, custom software without traditional coding. Unqork developed a visual, enterprise-grade platform that enables companies to create software faster and with lower costs than conventional development methods.
Prior to founding Unqork, Hoberman served as Executive Vice President and Global CIO for MetLife, overseeing technology across 47 countries, and was one of the youngest managing directors in Citi’s operations and technology team. Hoberman holds seven patents, six of which are still in use in the finance industry today. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Shed as well as a board trustee for NYSCI.
Hoberman holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management information systems from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Jobsity
Andrés Garzón is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jobsity, a nearshore staffing company that connects U.S. businesses with skilled software developers from Latin America. Jobsity specializes in helping companies scale their teams by providing full-time developers with strong technical skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency.
Garzón brings 26 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Jobsity, Garzón co-founded Pricetag and served as a general manager at Morpho. Earlier in his career he worked with Bear Stearns as a graphic specialist. Garzón graduated from Fordham Gabelli School of Business with an MBA in marketing and from Universidad San Francisco de Quito with a bachelor’s degree in multimedia programming.

Chief Executive Officer, WorkFusion
Adam Famularo is the Chief Executive Officer of WorkFusion, a company specializing in agentic AI for financial crime compliance. WorkFusion’s AI Agents are pre-trained with anti-money laundering expertise to help financial institutions automate compliance operations.
Before joining WorkFusion, Famularo was CEO of erwin Inc., which was later acquired by Quest Software. He also led Verizon’s enterprise partner organization and held senior leadership roles at CA Technologies, overseeing cloud computing and data management business units. Famularo holds an MBA in management from Dowling College and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from SUNY Oneonta.

Founder, Chairman & CEO, Carbyne
Amir Elichai is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carbyne, a company specializing in mission-critical contact center technologies. Carbyne provides a unified platform that delivers rich data to emergency response centers, processing more than 250 million data points annually.
Elichai has 12 years of experience as a transformational leader, combining business acumen with strong financial discipline, deep operational insights, and organizational management. He is a former Israeli Army officer who served in different positions in the special elite forces and the intelligence corps. Elichai earned his bachelor’s degree from IDC.

Co-Founder and CEO, Constellation
Diana Lee is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation, a creative marketing technology company focused on highly regulated industries. Constellation’s platform combines creative automation with built-in compliance tools, helping Fortune 500 companies in automotive, life sciences, healthcare, and banking manage content creation and regulatory approvals. Based in New York City, Constellation is a woman- and minority-owned SaaS company.
Lee brings 24 years of experience to her current role. Before joining Constellation, she was a global client services director at Xperience and before that a T.E.A.M. coach designer, senior instructor, and lead senior coach at BMW of North America and Rolls-Royce North America. Earlier in her career, she worked with Carsdirect.com as a sales manager. Lee graduated from Clark University with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy.

CEO & Co-Founder, Squire
Songe LaRon is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SQUIRE Technologies, a barbershop management and point-of-sale software platform. Since its founding, SQUIRE has partnered with more than 2,000 barbershops across over 40 markets on three continents, providing tools to help shop owners manage operations and grow their businesses.
Prior to co-founding SQUIRE, LaRon LaRon worked as an attorney before shifting his focus to entrepreneurship. Laron earned a JD from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles.

CEO & Co-Founder, Gloat
Ben Reuveni is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gloat, an HR SaaS company that helps large enterprises unlock talent and democratize employee career development via its AI-based internal talent marketplace platform. Gloat’s platform uses skills-based matching to connect employees with internal opportunities, helping companies adapt to change while fostering more equitable career growth.
Previously, Reuveni worked as a solutions architect at IBM. As a member of the data team, he was responsible for the development and upkeep of RAS procedures and crisis management from the development team's perspective. Before that, Reuveni was a team leader at IDF. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and computer science from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Nayya
Sina Chehrazi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nayya, a benefits technology company that helps individuals make more informed decisions about their health and financial benefits. Nayya’s platform uses advanced technology and centralized data to simplify the benefits experience for employees, employers, and partners, turning complex choices into personalized recommendations.
Chehrazi has 16 years of experience and first got his start in 2009 as a founder at Zeeba Investment Group. From there, he went on to Demyst, before eventually rising to mentor and entrepreneur in residence at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, his most recent position prior to joining Nayya. Chehrazi graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with a JD and from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in international business.

CEO & President, BlueMatrix
Patricia Horotan is the Chief Executive Officer and President of BlueMatrix, a technology company that provides solutions for authoring, distributing, consuming, and evaluating investment research. BlueMatrix works with investment banks, wealth management firms, and independent research providers, offering tools to enhance research productivity and ensure compliance for both sell-side and buy-side firms.
Under Horotan’s leadership, BlueMatrix has become one of the world’s largest investment research publishers, widely recognized as a trusted solution for the authoring, distribution, management, and consumption of quality-based investment research. Based in New York, Horotan oversees the company’s U.S. and global operations.
Prior to founding BlueMatrix, Horotan developed technology applications for some of the world's largest multinational investment banks. Previously, Horotan was a consultant at Goldman Sachs and before that, she worked in financial products technology at CIBC Wood Gundy.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Datazoic
Suresh Balaraman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Datazoic, a fintech company that helps capital markets firms turn data into actionable insights for real-time decision-making. Datazoic’s platform provides advanced data analytics designed to support both buy-side and sell-side firms in managing and understanding their data more effectively.
Balaraman has over 20 years of experience in financial services, working across many disciplines including the buy-side and sell-side of capital markets. Prior to Datazoic, he was Chief Administrative Officer at Elm Ridge Capital. In addition, he held multiple positions at Oppenheimer & Co. for over 10 years managing portfolio and electronic execution services, acting as a business manager for equity capital markets and as a technology program director.
Balaraman graduated from The University of Akron with a master’s degree in computer science and from the University of Madras with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering.

CEO & Co-Founder, Imagen
Alex Dresner is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Imagen, a provider of technology-enabled diagnostic imaging services focused on improving diagnostic imaging quality, cost, and accessibility. Its FDA-cleared software analyzes the content of medical images and produces diagnoses, improving clinicians’ diagnostic accuracy by highlighting detected pathology.
Dresner has 15 years of experience and first got his start in 2010 as a manager at Bridgewater Associates. From there, he went on to the Hospital for Special Surgery as head of value analytics, his most recent position prior to joining Imagen. Dresner graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a bachelor’s degree in government and history.

Chief Executive Officer, BuildingLink
Zachary Kestenbaum is the Chief Executive Officer of BuildingLink, a property management software company used in more than 6,000 properties across the U.S. and internationally. BuildingLink provides tools for property managers to streamline operations, improve communication, and enhance the residential living experience, with clients in cities including New York, Boston, Miami, Dallas, San Francisco, Toronto, Melbourne, Tokyo, and Singapore.
Previously, Kestenbaum was an associate at RREEF Infrastructure. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from Columbia University.

Chief Executive Officer, Quartet Health
Christina Mainelli is the Chief Executive Officer of Quartet Health, a behavioral healthcare company dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care, including for individuals with serious mental illness. By combining a proprietary technology platform with a medical group, Quartet delivers an end-to-end behavioral health solution that identifies, engages, and cares for patients.
Mainelli is a senior healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of healthcare delivery from payer to patient, including physical health, mental health, and social care. She has direct experience growing and scaling multiple high-growth businesses in healthcare services and technology. Mainelli previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Quartet Health.
Prior to Quartet, Mainelli was the Chief Operating Officer at Unite Us. Mainelli also served as the EVP and Chief Growth Officer at Beacon Health Options. Prior to her role at Beacon, Mainelli held senior leadership roles at CareCentrix, where she served as the Senior Vice President of Post-Acute Care and the Chief Operating Officer for Sleep Management Solutions (SMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of CareCentrix.
Mainelli holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Yale University, where she also serves as a delegate on the Yale Alumni Association.
