Komodo Health is expanding its executive bench with the promotion of Miles Ennis to president and the appointment of Co-Founder Web Sun as Co-CEO alongside Arif Nathoo. The restructuring gives Ennis oversight of commercial execution while formalizing a dual-CEO structure between Komodo's co-founders.
Ennis joined Komodo as chief revenue officer in July 2024 and was promoted to chief operating officer in September 2025. As president, he will oversee global go-to-market strategy, operations, marketing, and product strategy alignment. His focus will be strengthening commercial execution for Komodo's healthcare-native AI platform, Marmot.
Nathoo stated that the next era of healthcare AI "will be defined by vertical AI platforms that combine deep domain expertise, trusted data foundations, and purpose-built intelligence." Komodo positions Marmot as an enterprise intelligence platform designed specifically for healthcare and life sciences organizations.
The promotions follow a period of commercial growth for the company. Ennis stated that healthcare organizations are increasingly looking for AI tools built for the complexity of the industry, adding that his focus is "to ensure our platform delivers measurable value and impact."
The dual-CEO structure allows the co-founders to divide oversight responsibilities as the company scales. Sun stated that Ennis has consistently demonstrated an ability to "connect strategy, product innovation, customer needs, and execution."
