ICIMS has appointed Brad Korch as Chief Financial Officer, reuniting him with newly named CEO Marc Thompson after the two previously worked together at EverCommerce. Korch will oversee the company’s global finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, shared services, business intelligence, and analytics.
Korch most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Head of Investor Relations at EverCommerce, a SaaS provider for service-based small and midsize businesses. He previously worked with Thompson at EverCommerce, where the two partnered to support the company’s growth.
Before joining EverCommerce, Korch held senior finance and investor relations roles at Zayo Group. Earlier in his career, he held research and consulting positions at Credit Suisse, Prudential Equity Group, and Accenture. He earned an MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
ICIMS said Korch will help support long-term growth, operational execution, and the company’s AI-driven platform for corporate and frontline hiring. Thompson said Korch brings “a strong combination of experience, financial discipline and strategic perspective working closely with executive teams and investors.”
Korch said ICIMS is positioned at the intersection of enterprise software and AI, adding that he looks forward to partnering with Thompson and the leadership team to support the company’s continued growth.
