Strive Health has recently named Jamie Sharp as Chief Medical Officer and Chris Rigg as Chief Financial Officer. Sharp will oversee the company's clinical strategy and performance, while Rigg will drive financial operations, scale administrative infrastructure, and manage AI technology deployment. The dual executive appointments arrive as the business attempts to expand its performance-based kidney care model nationally.

Sharp previously served as chief medical officer at Rippl and held senior executive roles at Aetna, naviHealth, and Evolent Health. Her role focuses on advancing integrated clinical outcomes for individuals dealing with multiple complex conditions. Sharp stated that chronic illnesses account for roughly 90% of healthcare spending, adding that she looks forward to contributing to Strive's "holistic, integrated approach to supporting patients."
