Before her tenure at Adobe, she served as the CIO and Senior Vice President at NetApp, a data storage and management company. At NetApp, she led traditional IT functions while expanding the company's focus on innovation, customer-facing programs, and strategic partnerships.

Earlier in her career, she held several IT and technical leadership positions at companies such as Safeway Inc. and APL Limited. Her diverse experience across different sectors has equipped her with a broad perspective on IT management and strategy, enabling her to drive significant improvements and innovations in each of her roles. Her contributions to the IT field have been widely recognized. She received the CIO 100 Award in both 2017 and 2018 for Adobe IT’s innovative approaches to delivering business value. Additionally, she has been honored with the Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders Award and was named among the top Women of Influence in 2016 by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Furthermore, she was recognized as one of Huffington Post’s Top 100 Most Social CIOs in 2015 and 2016.

Stoddard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Western New England University, where she graduated cum laude, and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
