Before joining Intel, he held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO at Micron Technology Inc., a leading computer memory and data storage manufacturer. Prior to his tenure at Micron, he served as the President and COO of Affirmed Networks, a pioneer in Network Function Virtualization (NFV) technology.

His journey in the semiconductor industry began at Analog Devices and Intersil Corp., where he held significant roles in finance and operations. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition strategy at Analog Devices, overseeing the acquisition of Linear Technology for a substantial $15 billion, which further solidified ADI's market position.

In terms of his educational background, he holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He further honed his financial acumen by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration, specializing in finance and accounting, from Vanderbilt University.

Beyond his professional achievements, Zinsner is known for his collaborative leadership style and a keen ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
