Stripe has appointed Eileen O’Mara as Vice Chair and Tyler Bryson as Chief Revenue Officer, reshaping its executive team as policy, regulation, and customer growth become more central to the company’s next phase. O’Mara moves into the newly created Vice Chair role after leading Stripe’s global revenue organization, while Bryson will now oversee the company’s global revenue operation.
As Vice Chair, O’Mara will engage with policymakers, regulatory officials, customers, and partners to help shape the operating environment for businesses using Stripe. She brings more than 25 years of global technology leadership experience, including prior roles at Salesforce and Oracle. During her tenure as Chief Revenue Officer, Stripe’s annual payment volume nearly doubled to $1.9 trillion.
Stripe Co-Founder and CEO Patrick Collison said O’Mara understands Stripe’s customers and “what’s at stake for them better than almost anyone.” DoorDash Chief Financial Officer Ravi Inukonda also pointed to her “operational know-how and empathy for end customers,” noting that these qualities will make her an advocate for entrepreneurs and innovators in the new role.
Bryson joined Stripe in 2025 to lead the Americas Revenue and Global Solutions teams. Before joining the company, he spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles at Microsoft, contributing to strategies and execution that helped Microsoft grow its revenue more than tenfold. As Chief Revenue Officer, he will now lead Stripe’s global commercial growth and customer acquisition efforts.
