DailyPay, a worktech company offering On-Demand Pay and financial wellness solutions, has appointed Nelson Chai as its new Chief Executive Officer. Chai, who joined the company earlier this year as Executive Chairman, brings over 30 years of executive experience at major financial and technology firms. His previous roles include CFO of Uber, where he led the company’s IPO, CEO of The Warranty Group, President of CIT Group, and CFO of both Merrill Lynch and the New York Stock Exchange.

Chai succeeds Stacy Greiner, who guided DailyPay through a period of strong growth and will continue as an advisor.
