Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Daly holds both a bachelor’s degree in international relations and an MBA from Syracuse University. Before joining Elastic, she spent over two decades at IBM in a variety of HR leadership roles, including overseeing consulting, compensation, talent, and industry platforms. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Total Rewards, where she led global compensation and benefits programs for 300,000 employees while also managing corporate health and safety. At Elastic, she oversees all facets of human resources, from recruiting and DEI initiatives to compensation, learning, and workplace strategies, ensuring employees are empowered and supported in their careers.
