Amplitude has appointed Gab Menachem as Chief Product Officer as the company expands its AI analytics strategy. Menachem founded Loom Systems, an AIOps company acquired by ServiceNow in 2020, and later spent six years helping scale ServiceNow’s IT Operations Management product line to more than $1 billion in annual revenue. At Amplitude, he will oversee product management, design, and growth, reporting to co-founder and CEO Spenser Skates.
The appointment comes as Amplitude positions itself around “agent analytics,” a category focused on helping companies understand how users interact with AI agents, autonomous workflows, and other emerging digital experiences. Menachem said product builders now need an intelligence layer that shows what happens after a product is released so teams can iterate and improve.
Menachem joined Amplitude during its first company-wide AI Week, a five-day initiative focused on employees building AI-powered tools to improve internal workflows. Skates said Menachem began influencing the product roadmap immediately, adding that his background makes him well suited to help customers answer whether they are “building the right thing” as software becomes more complex.
