Nicolas Hieronimus, the esteemed CEO of L'Oréal Group since May 2021, has left an indelible mark on the beauty industry with his innovative approach and strategic vision. In the 1990s, he spearheaded the development and launch of Garnier Laboratories' revolutionary Fructis haircare and Movida hair color lines while serving as the marketing director. His leadership extended to the UK, where he took charge of Garnier and Maybelline in 1998, successfully introducing these brands to the British market.

As he ascended through the ranks, he established himself as a trailblazer in the beauty industry. His tenure as the General Manager of L'Oréal Paris France and later as the International General Manager saw the brand repositioned as "accessible luxury," captivating a broader audience.

One of his pivotal moments came in 2008, when he assumed the role of general manager for L'Oréal Professional Products Division. The successful launch of Inoa hair color during his tenure solidified the division's position as the industry leader on a global scale.

In 2011, he took the helm as President of L'Oréal Luxe, where he implemented a transformative strategy focusing on enhancing consumer experience, service, and retail. Under his guidance, the company witnessed significant milestones, including the acquisition of renowned brands like Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, and Atelier Cologne.

In July 2013, he assumed the role of President of Selective Divisions, overseeing luxury, active cosmetics, and professional products. This expanded responsibility further showcased his prowess in managing diverse portfolios within the beauty sector.
