Marie Myers' journey with HP spans several key roles that have shaped her professional trajectory. As Global Controller and Americas CFO of the Personal Systems business area, she played a vital role in managing HP's financial operations.

She also led HP's finance during its monumental separation in 2015, which stands as one of the largest and most complex separations in business history. These experiences have honed her financial expertise and equipped her with a unique perspective on navigating challenging transitions.

Prior to her role as CFO of HP, Myers served as the CFO of UiPath, a prominent technology company. Her experience in this role further solidified her financial acumen and ability to drive success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marie Myers is deeply committed to promoting diversity and STEM education. She actively contributes to the boards of the University of St. Thomas Advisory in Houston and the University of Queensland in America, Inc.

At InfoComm 2023, a professional audiovisual trade show in Orlando, HP Poly showcased its latest AI-powered audio and video solutions to enhance collaboration experiences from anywhere.

HP estimates it will incur about $1.0 billion in labor and non-labor costs related to restructuring and other charges, with nearly $600 million in fiscal 2023 and the rest split between the following two years. The company, which employs nearly 50,000 people, said it expects to reduce its headcount by between 4,000 and 6,000.
