Epicor has appointed Rachel Barger as Chief Revenue Officer, giving the enterprise software company a new leader for global sales and recurring revenue. Barger will oversee commercial execution as Epicor continues expanding its AI-driven, industry-focused software across the make, move, and sell economy.

Barger brings more than 20 years of global technology leadership experience across enterprise software and SaaS. She previously held senior leadership roles at UKG, Cisco, and SAP, where she focused on customer success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

In the CRO role, Barger will focus on deepening customer relationships, accelerating recurring revenue growth, and strengthening Epicor’s partner ecosystem. She will also work across teams to improve customer outcomes and operational predictability globally.
