Klaviyo, the B2C CRM platform, announced that Chano Fernández has been appointed Co-CEO. Fernández will lead the company alongside Co-Founder and Co-CEO Andrew Bialecki, bringing extensive enterprise leadership experience to support Klaviyo’s next phase of growth. Fernández will oversee go-to-market, operations, and general administrative functions, while Bialecki will focus on driving the company’s AI vision and developing AI-first products.
Fernández has previously served on Klaviyo’s Board and recently as Interim Executive Officer, and brings leadership experience from SAP, Workday, and Eightfold. “It has been a privilege to have a front-row seat to Klaviyo’s amazing growth and get to know its customers, culture, and product,” Fernández said. “I am excited to advance our position as the B2C CRM market leader and help our customers harness this transformation in ways that drive real business impact.”
Bialecki emphasized the significance of the AI shift, stating, “With AI unlocking possibilities for B2C businesses that were unimaginable even a year ago, that mindset has never felt truer. Chano’s track record leading world-class global organizations — along with his deep familiarity with Klaviyo — made this an extraordinary opportunity we had to seize.” The appointment strengthens Klaviyo’s ability to pursue global opportunities, expand up-market, and accelerate innovation, positioning the company to drive growth and capitalize on AI advancements in the B2C CRM sector.
