
ibex, a provider of AI-driven customer experience and outsourcing solutions, has appointed Michael Ringman as its new Chief Technology Officer. Bringing over 25 years of technology leadership experience from TTEC and TELUS Digital, Ringman will oversee ibex’s global technology strategy, infrastructure, and IT security. As CTO, he will lead efforts to develop and implement advanced AI-driven solutions for clients, strengthening ibex’s position in delivering differentiated, technology-focused customer experience services.
